Evan and his crew are amazing!!! Not only is there food the best but they are so kind and support the community! I HIGHLY suggest going out of your way to order from them. You will not be disappointed!
We go to the Domino's on Western Blvd. We order there a lot & they are always helpful & kind. My son always gets a special order & just about all the staff remember. Thank you.

I order here regularly and the manager on duty Devon was absolutely horrid. Disgusting attitude and unprofessional. When I notified him my order was wrong and the driver had given me the wrong food he stated I was a liar and dismissed my complaint. I am truly revolted by this experience and will not be ordering or recommending this domino's to anyone. You should be delivered what you paid for not what the manager on duty decides you should have despite what you paid for. Do better if you hate your job that much, there is no need to take it out on the regulars who pour their money into the company.

I let the last order go, they forgot my drinks and took an hr to bring it back. Now the second time today my husband ordered an they forgot my drink again. Attempted to flag them down but he didn’t notice at all. Too busy to ask if that was it. Also the pizza doesn’t have extra sauce on it all..
We have had very good experiences with this particular restaurant on Western Ave. Food is delivered fast and hot! And the order is right every time. Would highly recommend!!
I ordered 2 pizzas and both of them were burnt. One of them had 2 slices without any cheese?? There's 20 other pizza places you can go to better than this around here
Just ordered two mix and match for 5.99 a piece. Ordered 2 separate. 2 pizzas, and 2 different order of wings. Staff was very friendly, wings were decent, even though they're one bite, sized wings. ? BUT, THE REAL PROBLEM, the pizza!! Which was MOST CERTAINLY days old.. You can NOT slip one past a pizza maniac, and food critic. I just ordered Domino's pizza from the Richlands highway location closest to my house, 5 days ago. It was clearly FRESH and hot. I drove 6 minutes with this pizza from the western location, to my destination, the pizza was cold that fast. Couldn't even tear it apart normally. Every piece stuck together. That doesnt happen from fresh pizza made and cooked THAT DAY! Won't order at this location again. I usually NEVER order chains to start with, for bs like this. I guess only certain locations, you can count on to do right, across the board.
The Western Blvd Jacksonville location is wonderful. Quick service, order is always correct and arrives nice & hot!! All Dominos locations should be this good!
