Pretty delicious! We tried the cherry chip blizzard, girl scouts thin mint blizzard, oreo dirt pie, and caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard. All were exceptional in flavor and tasted just as good as advertised. The only note that brought it down a star was that the shake was not thoroughly mixed. Every single one about halfway down was plain vanilla, for mediums this shouldn't be an issue if a mixer is used properly. But other then that it was speedy, service was cordial, and the restaurant looked clean!
The Blizzards we ordered were poorly mixed, half of it was just straight ice cream. Service was horrendous, everybody was in the back having conversations, took us 6 minutes for them to give us service. And the condiments area was a complete mess. There was a complete lack and disregard of food safety as, again, the workspace was a disaster and no gloves were being worn as food was visibly being made. Completely disgusted and disappointed with everything i have witnessed here today. This place needs better management.
The store was BUSY at the counter AND drive-thru. The restaurant area was DIETY. It was apparent the NEW OWNERS were working SWIFTLY and DILIGENTLY to provide GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. However, the employees were APATHETIC & UNKEMPT. Honestly, we joked they looked like they had just crawled out of bed and showed up for work. We chose to eat our ICE CREAM in our vehicle.
Horrible customer service and the food didn’t even taste close to what it was supposed to. The shake tasted like soap and my A1 burger tasted like mustard
Got a blizzard and it had none of the toppings. I was basically given a chocolate milkshake that tastes nothing like chocolate. Food was extremely salty
Worst burger EVER. I've had burgers from the morehead city dairy queen and they were the best burgers. The burger from this dairy queen was ice cold and tasted like old burger. I guess I shouldn't be surprised since it took the cashier less than a minute to bring it out. The saddest part was there was no one in line and they could have taken the time to let it sit in the microwave for an extra minute and at least gave the cheese a second to melt.
I just got a large Reese's blizzard with chocolate ice cream. There was Reeses only near the top. I got less than half way through the blizzard and found there was no more Reeses. There was another time I came and got a strawberry blizzard and it wasn't strawberry all the way through. They do not mix their blizzards well enough. They use to be decent but are going down hill fast.
Not wow'd by anything. The atmosphere seems dark. Was very upset the BBQ burgers we ordered! They had barely any meat on them, it was all bread, & the bread was chewy!
Probably the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s from poor management and the fact that the people who seem to be running it are literal teenagers. Went there for door dash and they told me my order had already been picked up by someone, after I was already waiting for 20 minutes, then I called the customer to make sure no one else had delivered their food and one of the employees suddenly realized the order was sitting in front of them the whole time. They talk A LOT about their personal lives over the headsets. They’ll ignore customers to check their phones. They also were arguing with another woman who was there whose order they also messed up. I will always decline dashes from this store going forward.
Service was awful, not only did it take them a long time to get to take our order. They completely messed our order up. The workers couldn’t careless.
