Every time I've gone to cookout I have to wait in line, but only behind one or two cars, but those one or two cars will add 20 minutes to your commute. Ordering is never simple here, the person taking your order cant hear you and the speaker box turns every word they say into muffled mumbling. It sounds like the adults talking from the Peanut movies.After you order though you have to go through the final gauntlet... the window... your server will take your card then disappear for 2 to 3 minutes and come back with a bag full of crumpled up sandwiches a half filled container of fries and give you back your card.Count on at least one item from your bag being missing, so always check your bag before you leave because if you call the store and tell them they forgot an item they'll hit you with a" Uhhhh, okay come back and get it then."Then you'll drive back and wait in the same line again for the now cold missing item.I have given this place multiple tries and I am done.
This is one of the best fast food places I've eaten at! You just can't beat the prices and taste. Great food!
I asked for a steak burger, the meat was burnt, no lettuce ( I asked twice for extra on there)supposed to be grilled onions, got regular onions and NO STEAK SAUCES on a steak sandwich. I called to tell them what happen, girl on phone said I should have checked it before i left. Yep, she was right, rude but right. The grandkids food was fine, but I want be going back to this one.
The food is not bad. The audio at the drive thru is what will frustrate the customer.
Excellent burger, with a verse from Proverbs 1:7. Loved it.
A good place to get something to eat ?. The only thing that I don't like is the ? fries. The Cajun seasoning will set your mouth on ? fire and they sure do put a lot of it on the ? fries.
This place has good food for low prices overall am very happy with this placeThe drive thru is akward but that's the only downside
I'm from PA, 1st time there & it was wonderful. The food was great and the prices were phenomenal. It was just enough for me. However, my son greedy behind was complaining about the portion. ?. 2 full size meals for 13.38? Come on now that's a steal!. I'll definitely visit again..
Usually food is always good and hot. Workers are duper polite. I just wish the burgers were put together a little better instead of looling like they were thrown together. Overall though, ive never been dissatisfied with this cookout
