Here again with another complaint me and my friend went to this location thinking service would be better however we were rudely greeted. The manager is very combative. We had an issue with the girl at the drive thru and asked for the manager on duty. A man then came to window listened to us voice our concerns and then went on to get nasty. I have posted a picture of what we received from this location it seems as if they have dumped seasoning all over the fries. I find this extremely offensive because the food was for a 9yr old child!!!
First time going to this franchise and location. Aaaannnd, never again. Location and time taken to get food was good. However, the person taking our order would not let us finish voicing our order, and kept interrupting us, and completely cut us off at the near end of our order by giving our total and telling us to move to the window, which kept us from putting in my son's dinner order. Though the prices are competitive, you get what you pay for. The onion rings were soggy and stale at the same time, I didn't even know that was possible. The burger portions, even though I ordered a dig double, was small, and crudely smashed together. The only think I was relatively happy about, even though the person at the window threw the straws at my wife when we asked for extras was the milk shakes. 44 flavors of milk shakes is the silver lining of a terrible experience that I refuse to endure again which is why we are never going back to this location or any other location.
Just ordered food from cookout they gave us the completely the wrong food they gave us a $37 order and it was only a $15 order but we went back to the drive-through to correct it they actually wanted the food back which is fine but then they put it back out to reserve it again places gross!!!!!!
The food quality isn't bad. It's exactly as you would expect a fast food service to be. The price is relatively cheap too. Usually the service is fast, but this place can become packed quickly. So longer than average wait times do occur frequently. We have two Cook Out restaurants in this town. Of the two, this has the best food and service. Other than onion rings and hushpuppies, you get a very generous amount of food for reasonable prices.
There should be a way to give to give 0 stars. Don't go here. I got fired last year after working one day because of religious views. All the employees were nice tho.
Still remains a favorite eatin place, but since their inside dining remains closed you might be better served by having any order repeated over the intercom, plus checking your order is correct prior to leaving their pickup window.
I wouldn't bother with this restaurant, literally just went there and am currently sitting in the parking lot eating as I write this since their dining room is still closed even though every other fast food place has reopened theirs. My brother and I ordered our food and when we got to the window to pay i was informed they didn't have change and asked if I had exact change. Unfortunately I did not as I cleaned out my vehicle yesterday. When I informed the lady at the window she copped an attitude and rolled her eyes and handed me my bill changed and not the actual change, my issue with this though is cookout is a multimillion dollar business so instead of stealing the customers change you could at least round up and take the hit for the customer since you can't keep enough change in the store. Customer service is horrible here.
Used to love this place. Last 3 visits very disappointing.Hotdogs are burnt black...like trying to chew thru leather.Hamburgers were cold.And don't ask for napkins or condiments.Hope they get it straightened out.
Best place to take a late night bite! They're open till 0200 am and they definitely have good food for what they're priced. I go here everytime I'm a little hungry later in the night. Perfect for takeout drive thru with your co-workers.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Young hispanic church at the window had a horrible attitude she got our order wrong and got snappy with us when we asked where our drink was. She then got extremely nasty with me and a friend. I do not recommend this place as the head guy that runs the place is also horrible with customer service! Please train your employees better my kids witnessed the incident and felt like she was going to do something to our food.
