Bad service, they never had bowl wafle dipped and regular waffle cones I always waste my time in that place
Called and bought a Mother’s Day cake for a Mother’s Day get together we were having with our mother and our God Mother. After we pulled it out, we saw it said “Happy Mothday Day.” We called to inform them they messed up and they didn’t believe us and honestly was just rude. The female that answered the phone said she wrote it herself and she knew she wrote it right. I have uploaded a picture of the cake to the photo section of this Google listing. It’s clearly wrong. But instead of correcting their error, they denied it. This place lacks common sense and customer service. The only reason I left two stars instead of one is because the cake was okay tasting.
Overall I’ve had good experiences here! Items always taste fresh, good customer service. No complaints over here!
On this day 3/29/22 at 9:01 the best cold stone visit I've ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect. These three women knew exactly what they were doing. They were fast, polite, and efficient. Thank you!!

Hadn't visited in awhile...ice cream was delicious! The table we sat at was not clean. There was a sticky substance covering it. We wiped it with napkins and it still felt awful ? There was a line waiting the whole time we were there so we did not mention it to the staff.

service was excellent. they were all so nice and sweet even though the other customers were being annoying af. Jan/Jon (i couldn't tell from the nametag) was so sweet and nice and was very friendly! He deserves a raise! Ice cream was so delicious. would recommend !
