This place is a joke. Always out of items but still charge you full price. Once they had full tub of white rice and told me I couldn't have any because it was for online orders only. I asked them if they had any online orders and said not right now. Gonna try other places for now on. Burrito shak down the road has good reviews. Im gonna give them a shot next time.
I won’t be back. Disgusting and dirty place. Employees are filthy, no hairnets and have attitudes all the time. I gave it several months before going back and it seems like it only gets worse. Horrible atmosphere and just overall awful experience. After nearly a year of on and off nothing changes. Management doesn’t care. So they have permanently lost me as a customer.
If I could put negative stars, I would. I never leave reviews, but this experience was so dreadful, ruined our weekend, we honestly will not be back for years.First it was empty, we should have known just from that. Upon ordering, the staff was good, but did not inform us or anyone they were out of cheese (as we all know cheese is one of the biggest ingredients with this type of food). We continue to order, then waited a good ten minutes for a cashier to finally come from the back to ring everyone up. I know places are short staffed so i can understand a wait time, but there were at least 8 workers just walking around. We pay $25 for our meal, go to sit down and every single table is dirty. We finally sit after cleaning one ourselves, take a bite and both looked in to the burritos to only see lettuce and cheese. After a few bites of it being just those two ingredients, I opened it up to find a few measely pieces of chicken shoved at the bottom. It was beyond disappointing, we were extremely excited to be able to go and sit and enjoy it fresh, but this just showed us that chipotle is not what it was before the pandemic. It was absolutely terrible!I even contacted customer support, and still have not heard back.BeWaRe!
Unfortunately I had to do takeout because every single table was dirty would’ve liked to of gone then it was six of us. My wife complained about unpleasant smell. Drove to a shaded area so we can eat steak and chicken was cold. But the beans were hot and rice. The quesadillas were hot. The steak was overdone. So basically the closest chipotle that I drove to for 47 minutes and I should’ve drove to the other one that was an hour away. $60 worth of food that was just cold. Never again.
Where do I begin:1) This location always has a 10-15 minute wait on at least one of its meats. On my last visit there was a 15 minute wait on steak. On my prior visit it was 10 minutes on chicken.2) They were out of lettuce on their front line on my most recent visit.3) I had to clean and sanitize my own table and chairs otherwise there would have been no where to dine in.4) No one wears hair nets as they should and as a result I found a long brown hair in my food. (Look below the fork in the picture and you should be able to see it.On a positive note, they did refund me for my full order after I informed them about the hair and that’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
I come here a few times a month, and as of recently there has always been small problems with my order such as forgetting to put certain items in my bowl, having less than the actual portion of chicken, etc. As of today, I received old guacamole. I know avocados turn brown after time and can potentially still be ok to eat, but this guacamole was old, tasted old almost like a bitter taste. I included a picture to compare the “green” color of the guac and lettuce. The rice in my bowl was also undercooked, having a crunch in each bite. And the cilantro used seemed to not been washed since it had a “dirt” taste, kind of hard to explain but if you eat cilantro on a regular, you know it does not and should not taste like that.
For customers, don't bother coming in here honestly. This location is always out of SOMETHING and you have to wait like 15-40 minutes for them to cook some more or just straight up leave because they will not have that item for hours or even, for the rest of the day. It's worse when they make it seem like a chore to get the food out too when it's literally their job.The tables, rugs, and floor is filthy throughout the day and this includes the food making stations. I feel like none of the employees have never been taught how to work a dining room. I have seen so many customers leave or buy takeout instead because the dining area is so filthy and unkept.Food is terribly overpriced and it's just gonna keep getting higher and higher. Almost $20 for a bowl with some white rice and a single portion of steak. Ridiculous and not worth it especially due to this time of inflation.
If you come here for dinner they WILL be out of everything, they had no cheese except for one and no sour cream to mention some of the things they where out of. Well they had sour cream but refused to get more out from the back or from the ToGo side. We where here around 5:30pm, Wednesday, February 23rd. We where originally planning on eating at the restaurant but after them being out of so much and most of the employees not speaking of loud enough to even hear, we left and added what was missing to our bowls at home, sour cream, salsa, other cheeses. We got water cups but they charged us for regular drinks, not to mention they didn't ask what side or drink I wanted with my daughters kid meal, they even gave her stale chips. We spent just under $50 for 3 chicken bowls and a kids meal. Safe to say we will never be back. The Noodle Company is right next door and definitely more worth your time and money.
A review not from a customer but from a (now) previous employee.I really don't recommend getting a job at this store. Unless you're in the GM's clique then I guess you're straight. ?Management expects new hires to work as fast and efficient as a veteran with the bare minimum amount of explanation and GUIDANCE for their position. Many of my coworkers just were now figuring out certain nuances of their positions they should have been told of week 1, including myself. My orientation and training was literally sitting down for 3 hours looking at slides and having a 5 minute tour of the building. I don't believe I ever had shadowing ever and I firmly believe this way of training is setting up your employees for failure. It's quite obvious and, it is since many people have left already because of poor management.I have also been harassed during every single shift by either the GM or Service Manager to the point of extreme stress, anxiety, and self-mutiliation relapse.I have NEVER had a problem working anywhere else with management. In fact, I have been ASKED to train others by management and I have always had a good working relationship with my manager because I am a reliable person. This is utterly ridiculous and no one should have to deal with this type of situation.
Absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. They messed up my order and on top of it when they had to fix it they had the look of disgust on their face. The chips they gave were also stale and definitely not a large size.
