Ordered delivery through Door Dash. Order a burger, chicken, and some chips and dip. Everything was good except we never got the chips. We still got the queso dip which made it worse.Even more so, I called the store and told them about it. The person who answered asked what they can do. I told them our incident and they said "ok". The call disconnected and I thought they would send out a replacement. Never got any news or replacement chips.
We had the best experience we’ve ever had at Chili’s tonight! Bonnie was our server and was exceptional. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She suggested things deals on the menu and helped my 3 year old with her pickiness. She handled a small child with a smile and a genuine kind voice. We will be back and will request Bonnie by name.The manager/key ran one thing to our table and was so kind and greeted us by saying “Hey Friends!” Which instantly set a great precedence with her, as well. All in all, amazing experience on mommy/daughter date night. Thank you, Chili’s and Bonnie!
It was my birthday, and my daughter and her family took me to celebrate. Meal was great, good customer service. Young lady that served us very helpful. She was training a new employee and would explain how to take our orders. They brought containers for our leftovers and made sure they were correctly packed with a container for our salsa. It was an enjoyable meal; our server's name was Bonnie. She was outstanding ?
Great service, food is above average, we've been here multiple times, with small to medium sized party's, even at the bar, and it's always been great, keep it up!
food was greasy, half cooked, not fresh, overcooked, dry, very salty, saggy. I was already unsatisfied on our previous order for four and though of giving them another try...... I will never order again.
Great service. Great people, but the food I'd sub-par . The chili was thick and more for a chilli dog than a bowl to eat. The Mex bowl was good, like a 4 out of 5. Not the worst, yet not the best place the rest at.

What ever you do, DO NOT order the Ribeye steak. I don't know what it was but it wasn't good at all. Nothing about it resembled a steak. Before I even cut into it, it looked like a thick cut of pork, once I bit into it ,it just didn't have the right texture. The worst steak, if that's what it was that I've ever had in my life. Server was very friendly and on top of things. The tip reflected that for sure They should really consider taking this menu item off for good. ?
Never ever order a bowl of chili..?I belong to the international chili society and feel compelled to let anyone thinking about it to run..had to scrape it off my tongue ?I have a tasty cost affordable recipe for you to save your reputation.?️??
