Some of the employees clearly don't care about the customers. Nor do some listen to them. I had ordered a large Cloudberry sunjoy, and I was given a medium regular sunjoy. I even asked if "the Cloudberry came in a large" (which I have ordered Sunjoys in large from other locations before), and the employee sharply came back with "it only comes in one size" and still proceeded to give me the regular. Terrible

It's Chick-fil-A, consistent food and service.
Bad experience at the mall. First sandwich I got had the top bun ripped up in pieces. Second sandwich was super tough and the meat was still pink in the middle. They were using the breakfast filets on the lunch sandwich’s. The buns were not consistent of the ones other locations use. These were dry, stale and cheap.

Always fast service. If you don't know the menu, look on line first. You have your order taken before you see it. I love going here.
Definitely not up to Chick-fil-A standards. Drive thru times are ridiculously long, McDonald’s is quicker and the service here is horrible. I have been here three times all at different times throughout the day and the managers reason for long wait times is short staffed and transition phase between shifts. The only thing about this most recent visit was the young lady at the window that gave me our food was very polite.

Normally fine. One girl working the cash register charged me instead of letting me scan my points. She talked in an extremely low voice and couldn’t hear a word she said.Food was also just overly oiled up compared to normal.
Always good fresh food and service is fabulous!
