Small location there was no dining in. This location was drive thur only. But they got everything I asked for correct & fast. My son was happy he got his treat when we visited him on his military base. That was the most important to me that he was happy.

This Chick-Fil-A SUCKS! I’ve lived in Jacksonville for 2 years & they have never once gotten my order right. Something is always missing or I’m given the wrong thing. I once had an employee argue with me about whether or not they served bacon after breakfast. (They do. It comes on a sandwich.) She argued with me that they don’t until I asked to speak with someone else. Most all of the employees here provide terrible customer service. There are a few that are good though! The drive-thru line has got to be the slowest one in Chick-Fil-A history. Honestly, McDonald’s ice cream machine will probably be fixed before you get through this line.

Chick fil a is ALWAYS top notch! All fast food restaurants should model themselves after chick fil a. The food is always hot, fresh, delicious & fast. I don't know how they do it.

The outside menu is messy and unsightly. The service was slow both times I've been here. The food was good as always though.

I have been at this location a few times and when I go there is a young manager (tall, black, girl, believe name tag said Kenya?) who (while not so friendly to the customers) seems to be absolutely awful to the staff. I've noticed her being very abrasive towards them a few times, but last time I was there she was absolutely laying into this kid, not in a constructive way but very much a power trip. It made the experience very uncomfortable and I felt awful for him. I joked with the guy at the front "is he good?" And the guy said "oh she just gets like that sometimes" so I assume this is normal behavior. For a restaurant that prides itself on professionalism and friendliness it's astonishing you let your staff be berated especially in front of customers. Train your managers properly to treat their staff with decency. Very unprofessional. I will try to route this complaint higher as well, but figured I'd let you know.

I don’t know how a place with the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A can still deserve a 5 star review but it’s just better than every other fast food chain. They always mess up at least one part of your order. You can’t add a drink at the window for some God forsaken reason. Sauces are counted, like is this really Chick-Fil-A? Their drive through line is still relatively quick though. Get it together man.

Food from here is always good, but my reasoning for 4 stars is the speed of the drive through. Every Chick-fil-A I've been to has a CRAZY fast line, 2ven if they're busy. But this is the first one that took forever.

Just leaving this chickfila now. I placed my order at 9:35pm and they close at 10pm. When I reached the window, we needed to add a salad to the order and the drive thru operator said that we can not add anything to our order at the window. So we asked if we needed to drive around to place a new order and she said "Yeah, but we will be closed" and I said, but you close in 20 minutes and it will literally take me 30 seconds to drive back to the order mic. So she then told me that they she closing up some things to be out by 10. I then asked if the full menu is no longer available at a quarter til and she thru her hands up and made a large scene infront of her coworkers. And another coworker told her that the salads are pre-made, just to go grab one. That she did. I have never seen such character with Chickfila, they are typical cordial and spot-on, but this lady was trying to close up shop prior to 10pm and we were not the only car in the drive thru, so closing was not going to happen any time soon. If you need a late night bite after you get out of work, get ready for a hostile drive thru.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The service is absolutely horrible! The Multiple times I’ve come to this location, I’ve got the wrong order every time. Finally we got put on a “list” to get a re-order, and we went to the window and had to explain what happened to 4 different people. Even after that, they still didn’t hand us our complete and correct order.
