This particular restaurant seems almost ashamed of their menu. The last few times I've gone here I've had to go through a gauntlet of at least three employees (who I'm guessing just assume that everyone wants the same thing they always get) before seeing a menu. Today I just drove away after the third person told me 'no, I don't have a menu but I can help you figure out what you want'. I already knew what I wanted, which was to see a menu.Note to chick-fil-a in general: You're not the only game in town. You're not even the best chicken in town. I don't remember anyone shooting anyone over your sandwiches.
I didnt get her name, but i got my order around 3pm. It was a lady at the window. Kept chatting about how her car battery died and she barely made it to autozone. Didnt communicate with me at all. Just handed the food and i had a question to ask, but she just kept talking to her coworker about her car breaking down. Sorry, just rude.Also ordered large fries but wasnt large, the fries were probably medium amount and was shoved in with the napkin.
Just left the drive-through, After being told to wait a minute, I ended up having to wait over 5 minutes in a fast food drive-through for someone to take my order so I took it upon myself to move through the order line thinking it would have been a smooth process as I get to the area I told the lady that I was waiting and understood and was going to take my order and the "young woman" that told me to wait interrupted my conversation with one of the ladies that was working at the drive-through and said I told you to wait I was busy with something, that tone right there did not settle with me at all so I went ahead and excuse myself and left that line once again... Chick-fil-A great food but need to work on your customer service and who you hire
My husband and I went here last night for late night cravings. I’d say it was my first time and I know this place is usually busy all the time. They were quick with the line though, it wasn’t that bad. The staff were very friendly and communicative!
Chick-Fil-A is always my to go fast food place. And now that alot of covid mandates have been lifted this location allows dine ins. I have dined in 4 times this year and every time the customer service is bad. Completely unprofessional and staff does not want to help. I'm standing in line and you can hear comments being said behind the counter "I don't care they can wait." And I'm standing there just making eye contact waiting to get attended. Once we are attended the employee doesn't greet or give their usual slogan. Instead I'm just bluntly asked "what's your order?" Once finish ordering I'm not sure if I wait for my drinks or is it brought to me. I'm given no follow up. The employee just walks off after giving me my recipe. When I order I usually get the spicy chicken deluxe and once I was given it with American cheese. I asked the staff if I could get the paper jack cheese. And the employees comment was "you tell us that in the beginning" so commented back "it's in the menu that it comes by default with paper jack cheese." They took my sandwich back and just put a cold slice of peper jack cheese on my sandwich. Also commenting "are you sure that's all you need before I go back" while holding her hand up and the other on her hip. I just said no just so she can leave. I hate dinning in I honestly prefer just going thru the drive thru and eating in my car in the parking lot.
I love chick fil a. It’s my go to fast food place to eat quality food. However, this establishment is so unprofessional and slow. There are so many employees that stand around and the managers don’t do much from my observations. Everyone looks so sad to work here or they are horseplay around.
I waited almost 30 minutes for a curbside order while 5 other cars came after me and left before me and all I got from the store was I’m sorry we are backed up! I asked why the other orders were brought out before mine and all I was told was I’m sorry! Definitely won’t be back to this location for a while!

Food was great. Staff go's way beyond compared to other fast food restaurants. Always plenty of employees to serve and help !!! Idk what they sprinkle on they're chicken sandwichs but we all know OMG is it GREAT !!! CFA sauce put that ish on everything!!!
Always a delight. I have never left disappointed
