I placed a to-go order on the app and apparently ordered it twice. My server, Corinthia was very observant and brought it to my attention immediately. We got the issue corrected and I was still able to enjoy my order! She is a very pleasant server who presents very helpful and with a smile EVERY time she waits on me!
The atmosphere was great, the waitresses were wonderful, the seating in booths were very comfortable. The food was very good but slightly over seasoned to both me and my wife's likings. It may have been a slight mistake so we will try again and see if we get the same result. But the food was delicious and well represented and served hot. Prices were also very reasonable. We will be going back.
Had a bad experience the first time we tried this location. Went back again due to a good reputation and it was just as bad. Both times the server was inattentive and got our orders wrong. The excuse was the server was new but neither she nor the experienced server who was teaching checked on us within 7-8 min of delivering the food. The bread was outstanding. Tyler was our server tonight and we came with a large party. He was patient and took care of all our orders. All the food came out hot and fresh. He catered to any customized request we had and he was polite throughout the entire night.Great experience!!!
I had a good time and the food was delicious. I think they may have been short staffed but even so my service was great and i could tell my server had took on extra tables than normal because i saw it. But I couldn't tell it in the service I received. She did an awesome job getting our drinks and appetizers out in a quick time and our drinks never got before half empty. I'll definitely be back. Ok, so yes, they do have good food! I just so happened to be the waiters worst nightmare! He spilled a 24oz beer all down the front of me. He was so embarrassed and apologetic. Can't be mad, accidents happen. One lady (possibly the bartender) was even kind enough to bring me a Cheddars shirt - bless her!!I'd say the only thing I didn't really like was how dark the restaurant is. I don't like eating in the dark :)Side note....They're honey butter croissants are AMAZING!!!!
Had a wonderful meal with my family. There was no wait time when we arrived and were seated immediately ( Saturday evening).Our waitress was as sweet as can be. Food was tasty but the portions were extremely small. Overall great dinner.
Started off a bit rocky but finished with a knock out. We were seated promptly but no approached for some time for even a drink order. They apologized and it went uphill from there. I ordered the #8 special. It was so juicy, tender and flavorful. Large portion. Highly recommend that choice.
Wonderful steak. But the chicken tenders were the best I think. Definitely recommend this place for a nice dinner. Not too expensive. And good service.
Food was great but service was better. Our server kasadee(I think that's her name) was wonderful she made us feel welcomed. I will definitely go back.
