The franchise needs to have their menu boards replaced. How is a person supposed to order if they can't see 30 percent of the menu? Food was good though. Still one of the best spicy chicken sandwich I'm town.
The outside needs a lot of attention. Service was slow in the beginning, lady at drive was very nice, big smile. Son was extremely happy with his order that can quick and was hot. Checkers clean up and fix up the outside, it's an eye sore.
A good friend of mine introduced me Checkers a few years back. I was a frequent customer until this past year when I noticed their quality starting going down hill, not to mention the health score. I recently pulled up (the only vehicle there) no one greeted me when I pulled up. No one responded after I asked if anyone was there so I decided to find somewhere else to go. As I pulled through there were employees inside, so I don't know what happened but that is the last time I will visit this location. Its a shame this is the only Checkers in town.
I absolutely love checkers!!! But this location never has fresh food! Which I don’t understand how! The only thing hot is my fries! My burgers are always cold and old tasting! I always have to throw it away and waste my money…. I didn’t even want to give it that one star! Employees are polite but idk what’s going on in the kitchen! Ridiculous!
Seasoned, crispy french fries are fo die for...soft on the inside and crispy finish! Yummy! Their sandwiches are over the top! Bacon filled (and I do mean filled) hamburgers and a large variety of things that are not seen anywhere else!
I’d leave a zero star review, but google makes me have a minimum of one. I was told that upon coming up to the restaurant they were short staffed and wouldn’t be working. I came during normal business hours. However, there were two male employees who came out for a smoke break in front of me. I feel like I was lied to and the quality of staffing is poor. When there’s a McDonald’s across the street that will always take my order, no wonder businesses like this will go out of business because they refuse to work, and they lie to their customers. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.
This is the slowest serving fast food joint in the entire history of checkers. I’ve never seen service so slow in my time, where customers have to wait over 20 minutes to get order done for one meal. Management needs to either fire all who work in this particular restaurant, or move this checkers to another location. Unbelievable.
Checkers is pretty good. I like the chicken wings, fries, funnel cake sticks, and for the kids the chicken bites and fries box. Depends on what you're in the mood for.
The food is generally pretty good but every now and then, the smell of Marijuana fills the air when the drive thru window opens. I'm not crazy about that.
Went by for lunch but canceled my order due to unprofessional team members. No manners and service is very slow even when there is noone in the drive thru.
