We frequent Burrito Shak! Love the fresh ingredients and quality of the food each time! So good! Thumbs up. ??
This place is always busy even though there are literally dozens of eateries within a mile radius. The reason is that you can eat somewhat healthy and grease free for the same price as the fast food burger joints. You have a choice of protein - Beef, chicken or fish; bowl or tortilla -flour or corn; and several ingredients that they will add to your taste. They have no issues deviating from the published menu ingredients. If you can't find something here that you like, then Southwest style food is clearly not for you.
Not good. This is the place where 'mayonnaise is spicy' people go for very hipster taco bell knock-off food. All the same flavor with a different sauce. I would be very happy to spend an afternoon showing them that there are in-fact various spices and seasonings that can be applied to foods in order to bring flavor to a meal. Very polite staff - unfortunately they cook like college kids.
I eat Chipotle a good bit so I entered here thinking they'd be somewhat like them or even better. Menu items weren't all that great as far as variety goes. I know driving by that I barely see many customers at the location, but to each his own. They could be good to others. Just isn't my preference.

Great customer service, delicious fresh food, fast service. We have been multiple times and I just can't get enough. The aloha burrito bowl is always more food than I can eat in one meal but I never feel weighed down afterwards and the pineapple salsa that goes on it is one of my favorite things. Also, the peach jalapeno salsa from the salsa bar gets fought over in our house. This is a regular dinner for our family on busy nights.
We went to the Shak for the first time yesterday and we will be back! Fresh food, good portions and they make it the way YOU want it. Clean and safe place to eat.
The only hot food will be the quesadilla, everything else is cold, ice cold, and undercooked. Dining area was clean and the overall asthetic was pleasing but I will never eat here again. I took one bit of my burrito and immediately spit it out, I spend $9 on ice cold food and uncooked beans, total rip off.
This is a great place to get your favorite burrito bowl or burrito just how you want it. On the app they will let you know when your yummy food will be ready. Just go in and go to the shelf they have for pickups. It is an awesome choice!
