Visited this BK for lunch 12:30 May 3 2022. Both me and my GF were blown away with the food quality, not that it’s ever been bad. What impressed us the most was the team leader/shift manager. Super at customer service and unbelievably motivating with her crew. Showed each team member that they were valuable. You don’t see that much anymore, but she isn’t an ordinary leader by any means. Thank you Pam!!!
So even though they told me there would be a wait on my chicken, when they brought me my food they had upsized my fries for free due to my wait. Pretty solid customer service, the food was hot. It may not have been what I ordered, but it wasn't bad
Huge order only took 5 minutes to get everything correct and hot.
Not good at all. Was excited about the BIG FISH SANDWICH ? but from what the menu looked like and to what I got was not fab at all. First what got me is the wrapper.. until when I asked about the sandwich the lady who was super sweet (that's why yall are getting 2 stars, just saying. ) but she showed me in the other side it says big fish sandwich..well yall should have what sandwich it is that is being displayed. Way to much mayo. Sogging. No good at all!!!! My friends whopper was also cold. The last 3 times ive been to see yall it's been always warm..not hot to where it even melts the burger. I literally had to go old school on yall and ask for no salt on fries so at least they are hot... Yall have got to change something in there!!!
I have had one bad experience here that had nothing to do with the food. But I called the manager to warn her of a problem in which she handled straight away. ( Awesome Honest Employees and 1 questionable one)The food however is always spot on! The girls at the window giving the food are so sweet and happy. Always a smile! Thanks to an awesome crew.
Wow I spent over an hour with the manager trying to get their app to work on my phone. And then I really hate to say it but Burger King is not what it used to be don’t know if I’ll be going there again.
TLDR: you'll waste your time..Probably the worst burger King around. I'm not sure why we keep attempting to go here to order food. Tonight's adventure consisted on a completely lit up building with worker visible standing around. There were 3 cars in the drive through when we pulled in. Each car sat for about 10 minutes before driving off. When we got to the order screen it took about 10 minutes when someone finally yelled they were closed. It was 1015 and all listing say they close at 11. This has happened multiple times and even earlier than tonight.
Burger King has the best onion rings. Go ahead and try to change my mind. Plus there burgers are bigger than McDonald's. It's a man's meal that will fill you up at a McDonald's price.
Food is always good! Whopper and Chicken sandwich always my go to! Manager always on site if you have any issues!
I always liked Burger King and I haven't been to one in quite awhile but it just seems like the burgers just keep getting smaller. A whopper used to be a big burger and now it's so much smaller. And the rodeo burger is about the size of a white castle burger for 2.00 I think I'm done with Burger King for good.
