Only got 1 of 2 California rolls.Crispy roll was good.The cream cheese was ok at first but way to much of it, and it tasted spoiled in the second half of the roll.The entire chicken teriyaki meal was dry, over cooked, and splashed with soy sauce for color. The fried rice was just over cooked dried out white rice with soy sauce on it.The Yum Yum was supposed to be a beverage but it was a giant $4 bowl of toppings. Disgusting!What sort of circus is this place?! Don't even give this play a try.
My favorite place to eat when I come to Jacksonville. The sushi is good. The teriyaki chicken and shrimp is to die for. The staff is always friendly. And the yum yum sauce is the bomb I get a whole container Everytime I go.
It’s was horrible i called yesterday so I could Come in today to get a remake because the cream cheese in my sushi roll was sour and they refused to remake it and all the above wouldn’t even give me a refund it’s a horrible placedo not come !!!!! ???
I've never physically been here but I've ordered online multiple times - it's always on time and delicious! I have been pleasantly surprised Everytime I've tried something new :-)
Man. This place is literally so awful. Got delivery like 5 minutes ago- Hibachi steak was not only overcooked, unseasoned and *BURNT* (even the veggies had no flavor- how do you ruin an onion?!), it was 90% filler vegetables and like no meat or rice. They burned the gyoza and the sauce for that.. I don't even know how to describe it, but it'd make your stomach lurch. I'm afraid to even eat the roll I ordered after experiencing the rest. It wasn't cheap either. Save your money.
The food is always good and gets here in a timely manor. However there was a hair in my sushi when I opened it up this time. When you’re working with food you should be more cautious before you package it to give to a customer.
Ordered filet mignon medium rare….got cheap flavorless steak cooked medium well. Everything had a “fishy” taste. Not edible.
This place, is me and by boyfriends go to food. It's always prepared quickly and the staff is always friendly! Delivery can be slow but thst is usually because of the amount of orders they get in. So if you're looking for super fast food, I recommend pick up instead.The food is delicious! I love their sushi options, mjso and curry. I get the rice topped with some fish options(I forget the name) to give to my dog as a treat for him and he is obsessed!I tried the seaweed recently for the first time and it doesn't fit my palate, but I'm sure many can enjoy it! As a whole, this place is great. The amount and quality of food for the price and customer service makes it worth it.Also if you're not used to Asian culture, they may come off as rude but they/we are very straightforward people. So their customer service is polite but direct
I have lived here for over 20 years and have never tried this little place. Thought I would give it a shot. I love hibachi usually. Sadly this was a big disappointment. I got the steak and shrimp hibachi combo and I threw $17 of food in the trash. The rice had a very funny taste and the steak and shrimp were pretty flavorless. The broccoli was the only thing good on the plate.
Receptionist was super rude. Would not give me a cup of sauce when I picked up my order because she said I should have asked for it on the phone before I got there. I ordered an $8 roll to go and did not tip because she was so hateful. My bank statement a week later now says $14. Be careful. Shady business.
