Can't tell you how the food was, never got to order. Apparently couldn't open on time and when they did open, couldn't take my order in lobby because they were "short staffed ". Tried to ask the manager a question. Turned her back to me before I could even finish the question, repeated they were "short staffed ", and walked away. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone to act like that, much less a manager. The Hardees biscuit I got 10 minutes down the road was decent though, and the staff was actually friendly.
This Bojangles must have done something to anger their employees. They are currently all moving like they are in slow motion. I stood in line for 10 minutes and they did not take a single order during that time. We just left without ordering as there were 8 people in front of me waiting to order. There are plenty of other Bojangles in the area, so don't waste your time at this location.
I normally love this Bojangles but yesterday I went and got some bad chicken, it had a funny smell and taste. The biscuit was hard as rock and so we’re the French fries. My stomach has been hurting so bad since I tried to eat it.
The biscuits were better than normal. I don't know why but they were great. They also accidentally put a fish fillet on top of the chicken fillet on my sandwich and it was great. I'd go here again because I'm not allergic to fish
Hi, I just would like to say, Bojangles is my absolute favorite place to eat! Literally eat here 2-3 times a week. But lately, I have been very disappointed in the food. The sweet tea isn’t sweet at all, the dirty rice has no flavor, the mashed potatoes have clumps in them with barely any gravy, and the chicken looks like they put it back in the fryer (or whatever y’all use to cook it) AFTER it’s already been cooked. It’s way over cooked. I’m not one to complain bc I understand every work place has bad days. But this has been consistently happening for the past month, at least. I hope our next visit is back to normal ?
When family visits from up North they can't wait to go. I just hope I don't have to join them. I recently went through the drive thru and ordered rice and a biscuit. I asked to change my biscuit order but was ignored. My family size rice was handed to me in a coffee cup. I mentioned I didn't order coffee and at that point was informed it was my rice. If I could give negative stars I would because they don't deserve one star.
I've been going here a few times and everything is always good. I'm new to North Carolina and this place is better than KFC not going to lie hahaThey one time burned my biscuit but that's ok. (the biscuits are amazing by the way).
Best place to get breakfast, because they serve it all day. Their biscuits are big,fried chicken is delicious and the sides are great. Personnel are courteous and very friendly. Can't say enough about Bojangles
The guy working the window was exceptional. He didn't just stick the food out the window at me and mumble, he actually leaned out the window, said good morning, read off my order and said that you for coming, enjoy your food and come back to see us. I called the manager before I left the parking lot and told her what an exceptional employee he is. We always hear when something is bad and I wanted her to know he started my day off right.
Have tried this locations numerous times, food is decent but massive issue with wait time.Multiple times have lead to long waits in drive thru and refunds while inside as simple orders take over 30 min and orders are taken in random order to complete.
