I got to the Western location at 8:10pm with 5plus employees working the store. Right off the bat I waited at least 5 minutes to receive only half of my order girl at the window brought order to window and then never handed it out to me then had me pull around and I have now been at the store for almost 30 minutes what should be a quick turnaround was over half an hour in the store alone. By the time I received my second shake they had three or four other pull arounds and at least five or six clients in the store 100% would not recommend not impressed
Got some ice cream with my son. Lil female up front with glasses has a bad attitude! Straight brat, shouldn’t work there if you don’t like serving ice cream and donuts. Just sayin ice cream was good
I can see that the Baskin and Robbins in this area is kinda busy,and the customer service is slow,and I think there was a woman with downsyndrome that works there,I’m happy they give an equal opportunity to people with downsyndrome to live,work and learn the society outside,My order took so long and they forget about it,but somehow I am happy with the service. You just need to be patient and kind.
Waited 12 minutes for 2 oreo milkshakes. What we got was just cold oreo milk....Friendly at least..
No spoons. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Drinks are just sitting out and no names on anyone’s drinks. Maybe Dunkin doesn’t do that but no one knew what their drinks were and it was a mess.
So I don't always have a taste for ice cream, however when I do I only go to one place and that's Baskin Robbins. For the many different choices of ice cream and toppings. However that will not be the case anymore, due to the rude customer service in drive thru on Monday night. As I was at the speaker I asked about the sign saying one thing but the lobby being closed. Now as a veteran and someone who deals with customer service as a full time job I expect a little bit of professionalism. However my question was met with a nasty remark
Went there 5 times this month they never prepare the waffle cones or cups for customers and just laugh about it said the manager don’t train anyone to make them and I actually like them when they are prepared fresh but this store is terrible and they don’t care to cater to the public only worry is Dunkin’ side ask for regional contact information and got blowed off
Walked in and decided what we wanted. Stood and waited forever to even be acknowledged. No other customers inside store but there was 6 workers. Older man finally asked we were waiting to be served then said the cashier would be with us in a few minutes. Waited for another 7 minutes with no one taking our order so we left. Edited to add we went to Cold Stone Creamery which was busy but we were welcomed and waited on very quickly. Ice cream was excellent also.
Sign saying lobby is now open 5am-9pm . Yet doors locked at 7pm?And they seem to be under staffed as well as under stocked never seem to have even promotional new things. Makes sense.
Whenever we order from this place they never have what we ask for.
