I had a coupon that said ANY chicken filet sandwich and they told me I could only choose 2 out of the what 5 options meanwhile it says ANY! Also says chicken tenders or 9 pc nuggets and says excluding wings. That’s it. She went by the photo. As if it’s stating those are my only two options. And asked someone over the mic. But pretty sure I had the coupon before and I was given my order. This location sucks.
Ordered some food including a 6 piece mozzarella stick order. Get home and not 1 marinara. Call about it and get nowhere. Husband brings the food back to the store about it and is met with nothing but attitude to the point we dont get a refund or a redo on our meal. Not normally one to complain but you order mozzarella sticks you want marinara that's supposed to come with it right???
The good news. The fish sandwich was great! Hot and everything tasted fresh. The bad news. Had the Double Rueban. Asked for extra sauce and kraut but didn't get that. The bread was tasteless and rubbery. The meat was dry and tasteless as well as the sauce. The Barq's drink was good.
I am the one who keeps Arby’s in business. Their Reuben is delicious. Great service and great atmosphere unexpected of a fast food restaurant.
I won’t complain about how long I waited at the drive through because I assume they were short handed, but the lady at the drive through window was incredibly unpleasant, and that’s being nice. I wasn’t rude to her in any way, so I don’t think her behavior was necessary. Get a new job if you don’t like people. Visited on January 28th, 2022 at 6:15pm.
Their classic beef n cheddar is always a good quick meal, but this time the meat was mostly hanging off the bun and all the cheese was only on one side. Jamocha shake is always good though!
They forgot to put in the two sandwiches I ordered and only gave me curly fries
What happened here? The curly fries are barely half full! Also, light ice doesn't mean only put one ice cube in the cup. Very disappointed today!
Wait in line for 10 minutes two cars in front of me. Give my order wait ten minutes to get to the window. Wait 20 minutes in a parking spot for our food. I believe this particular Arby’s has forgotten the simple understanding of fast food.
Lady at the drive thru is awesome. Nicest person working the drive thru. A smile goes a long way.
