They messed up the order. My food was cold and I just learned that Applebee's will not allow a table wait staff member deliver to a curbside pick up customer. I sat at curbside pickup ahead of time the representatives watched me came to my vehicle with my food and took it back and stated the curbside attendant has to bring my food. Add another ten minute wait for a curbside attendant to show up plus I called twice while watching them watch me. The best thing about the entire situation is the manager refunded my money and placed me in the book to receive a complimentary meal.
The service was great. She stayed on top of everything. The food was good except my burger wasn't cooked right but they fixed it.
Took forever to get seated although there were alot of empty tables took another 20 minutes to get a salad. Prices were way over priced for a drink.first and last time.
Better than expected. The waitress was friendly and courteous. Glad we went.
I'm afraid the service here is in decline. The last few times I've been in, our servers have not been terribly attentive or proactive during our interactions. I noticed this during the last 3 visits over the last month or two. The food is still good, so thats a plus!
Eat here often!! Great food!! Love the 2-for $25 menu deals!! Ideal for seniors citizens. Great staff!!
We got seated in a booth that directly faced the sun as it was setting. Plenty of other seating available but there was "no one available for that section." Our server greeted us right away, then after we put in our order, disappeared until the food came out. Meanwhile, we had empty drinks. She was very friendly, and is honestly the only reason this is getting three stars. Everything else was horrendous. Food was cold and the presentation was messy.
Small wait to get in but the food was great! Bourbon street chicken with shrimp was amazing! Came out sizzling and all!!
We did not enjoy the food very much and it was not hot when it came to the table. Our server was sweet but the servers sit and talk out in the open loudly and too close to the tables.
Staff was nice. Food was ok. Meat was dry and a little hard to chew. Didn't feel like the Applebee's from 5-8 years ago. Overall I give it 5 out of 10.
