I used to love this place , I reached out via Facebook a while back for the owner Nick to call me , ofcourse they read my message and didn't respond....being that I like their strombolis sure I kept ordering but me and my wife were wondering why the marinara was so dark tonight I found a huge chick of ground beef in it....yuck man like c'mon. I know beef and sauce have two separate dates on how long it's good for....why tf would beef be in sauce to begin with...w.e won't be ordering from here for a while after this

Pizza the way pizza used to taste. While it's a little pricier than other places, it's worth it. The staff is always nice and as far as having the food ready for pickup on time they are on point. If you get the largest pizza, make sure you have room in your vehicle because some littler cars might genuinely have a problem fitting it flat. Probably the best, if not among the best, pizza in town.
We ordered the pepperoni cheese bread and a medium (humongous) pizza with half islander and half chicken florentine. Pizza was AMAZING! Not greasy, not too much bread was tasty and savory. The delivery driver had a great sense of humour and service when we answered the door. Overall fantastic experience visiting from Dallas, TX.
Customer service is the best. The cheesesteak sub is on point. The salads are great portions but I wished they'd use Romain lettuce with spinach. The pizza is by far the best around
As my wife mentioned earlier we had gotten a pie that wasn’t what we expected and the owners followed up with us and made it right. That to me means the world and makes a huge difference on where I spend my money because they definitely took the time to hear us out and resolved the situation. As I mentioned to my wife that sometimes we all have an off day and things happen and with the way they responded I don’t believe that this place would make bad product so we gave them another try and let me tell you…. 10/10 top marks all around definitely a treat for the family one of the best pies I have ever had the pleasure of eating and this is coming from a northern implant and I’ve also sampled Chicago pizzerias as well and this establishment is in my top 5, the customer service and treatment pushed it to my top 3.
***Update***The owners contacted me and they made things right. In todays age of shortage of workers and customer service being at an all time low, me and my husband was very impressed with how fast they responded and the fact that they really care about their brand. To me that deserves (6) stars alone. I also take into consideration that maybe it may have been an off day that day as me and my husband did go back another day and ordered a pizza and it was fantastic????You have delicious pizza but your customer service and treatment of me and my husband has made us loyal customers. We thank you for keeping alive a skill that has taken a back seat lately and that’s good customer treatment and following up with customer concerns.???????????????????As new residents of Jacksonville, we were looking for a great pizza spot purely based on reviews. So looking at these reviews we knew for sure that this would be good pizza!!! And boy were we wrong!!!!! Our 1 star rating is for professionalism and pizza cheese. Taste is a zero!!! Unfortunately the pizza was bland and the sauce is flavorless. My family was sooooo dissatisfied; even my toddler! Thankfully I was able to add spices and buy some marinara for dipping; which allowed them to stomach 1 of the 2 pizzas. Total waste of money!!!
Very fresh pizza Ave the sandwichi got Wynn it was huge. I went in to order and the owner offered me an espresso and asked how I was doing while I waited. The gesture itself deserves 5 stars even though I didn't accept the drink.
