This Which Which has amazing customer service. The sandwiches are always good. I really like the bowl option now that I'm trying to eat less bread. The vegetarian black bean pattie with avocado bowl is good, it has a lot of lettuce though. There is a lot of parking around the village. I usually go during the week as during the weekends it is very busy and there are limited sitting tables and it's hard to find a spot to eat.
I have never been to a which wich before, so I thought to give this place a try. The food was good, reasonably priced, but the true purpose for taking the time to write this review is to express how great the customer service was. The gentleman working the cash register at 11am this morning was absolutely fantastic. This was the type of customer service that reminds you that there are good people just working hard to make others happy. Thank you!
Outstanding!!! Excellent corner location and close to a lot. Stopped in for a quick bite and got the Reuben. Spot on! Great staff and owners!
I like the menu, like the food, but they are slow. They could use not only more employees, but the ones who do work there were very very slow and didn't seem to care much for the customers or speed or wait times.
I haven't been here in years and I was just reminded why I stopped ordering here. I ordered a super French dip sub with cheese, peppers and caramelized onions with DOUBLE meat for $23 with a drink. You'd think for 23 dollars the thing would be loaded with meat, especially since they charged 6 bucks for double the meat which I had no problem paying until I received my sub. Minimal meat on this sub, maybe 5 ounces of beef. 3 strings of green pepper and so few caramelized onions I wouldn't have known they were on there if it wasn't for a 3 inch peel stuck in the middle. Ridiculous amount of money for what they charge. If I'm going to pay $20 for a sub, I'll stick to Jimmy John's Garagantuan, at least there you get about a pound or so of meat on the sub!!!Do better Which Wich!!!
One of the lay good places to eat out. Amazing service and great food! This is an establishment that deserves our business!!
Just got 2 gyros. Sauce was like Elmer's glue. Never again. Sandwiches went in the trash.
Other people have pointed out the poor customer service, and this cannot be overstated. You’ll really be in for a shock your first visit. I’ve been a couple times but generally stick with something cheaper, as this is the kind of place that makes you wonder why you paid triple Subway’s prices for a sandwich you could have made at home with fresher ingredients and a better attitude. I was nearby, so I decided to give them one last try this evening. Worker literally scribbled through my selections and gave me the sandwich he felt like making, then didn’t tell me about the alterations. I realized the bag and my sandwich were completely wrong when I got home. I called and asked why they made my sandwich incorrectly, and the cashier said “Oh yeah, he made it different than how you asked on purpose, so I guess that’s why he changed the bag. You didn’t give us enough money.” Well if $14 isn’t enough money for the wrong sandwich, then why didn’t they tell me while I was in the store? I gladly would have paid for the sandwich I ordered. Total joke. I’m all for workers being paid a living wage, but I’m afraid that this new standard of job performance is just going to lead to automation. I’m pretty sure a robot could have made my sandwich the way I wanted without being a jerk. In fact, their corporate number is automated and redirects you to the website, so their customer feedback department is already there. If a real manager happens to see this, I’d love my money back.
Love the customizable subs here. The cheeseburgerwich was amazing.
The ThankYou Turkey is now a hidden menu item. For anyone that doesn't know what this sandwich contains, imagine Thanksgiving on a roll.To get a ThankYou Turkey sandwich, just order a turkey and in the instructions (if ordering online or app) write ThankYou Turkey. If you're ordering inside write it on the paper bag. So happy they still have it.
