Used to live this wendys... but this last trip they got my food wrong, and they know they give me old nuggets. I know they know because they threw in extra to Make up for them being old

This visit was okay. I ordered the baconator fries, but the way it's served now is not appetizing. The fries had the cheese sauce on but they just put two whole strips of bacon on top instead of the bacon crumbled. I don't know if this is how it's usually served now, or because it was late at night and the line was long. It was definitely not how it used to be served. Other than that, the servers were polite and helpful.

It was ridiculous how long we waited in drive through. We pulled out of line after 3 other vehicles pulled out. Tiered of waiting 20 minutes and the line never moved.

Every other time I go, I spend 15-20 minutes in a 2-3 car line. Sometimes they are somewhat fast. But the times they are slow are so often that I’m never going back. Tonight they took my order only to tell me - once I got to the window - that they actually didn’t have my order (frosties) available. Just tell me at the order screen maybe??? I don’t understand how fast food customer service has just absolutely tanked over the last year but it has. And yeah I get it, it’s fast food so I should keep my expectations low (apparently), but some of this is just common courtesy (or so I thought). Whatever. Ugh. Skip this Wendy’s. Seriously not worth it. Go somewhere else.

just got fries covered in melted plastic and my spicy chicken sandwiches were old , I worked for Wendy's in NY . maybe I should show you guys how to run the store . check the hold times sandwich makers is the grill guy not labeling stuff ?

Horrible service here. Sat in drive through line for about 20 minutes. Decided to do a mobile order. Since I finished placing my mobile order one car before the speaker, I followed the instructions on the app and parked in the mobile order spot. I tried both doors to the restaurant that were locked. We drove back to get in mobile order parking space and attempted to call the store. They have the phone off so you constantly get the busy signal and cannot speak to anyone. My husband walked up to the drive through window where they told us we had to get back in the drive through line...which we would have waited an additional 20 minutes. We were able to reverse back into the spot that we were in prior to us leaving the line. When we got to the window they told us we had to go back through the line and we asked for a refund. They said I could get it through the app, it wasn't possible so they said the order hadn't gone through on their end. I showed them where I had a receipt that I paid. The staff member taking orders said it didn't show on their screen. The manager finally went to look for my order and found my receipt. I didn't get the name of the girl but she was mouthing off and extremely rude. Mobile order shouldn't be an option if it isn't available at the location. Rude employees who lie.

I went in the evening 3/14.only one car in front 3 young ladies very rude and disrespectful. Food was awful. Don’t spend your time and money in this place. Sadly people aren’t happy with the job there are in. They should reconsider do something else

Salad wasn't made as good as it could have been. But I understand that the line was wrapped around the building. I appreciate them for giving me the extra dressing and pecans. The salad was for my wife. So I couldn't go home without it...LOL
