The customer service was “HORRIBLE”!!
Called on Father’s Day to get breakfast for my husband and I. Voicemail said they we not taking to go orders over the phone. Message said you have to come in to place to go orders. One of the waiters told me they were not taking to go orders even in person. Should I have set down order my food then ask for a to go box. I just left and went to the WT Harris location. Huntersville location you don’t every have to worry about me coming there again.
The staff worked overtime to make sure I was served well and quickly. Very friendly, food was as I expected it, and it's just a place gotta visit.
Hands down it was a great experience. Tatiana and the chef were spot on good vibes. There was music from the jukebox playing and it's customers choice kinda thing so I thought that was really neat. We were eating and dancing and laughing with the crew. At WAFFLE house. I mean. Never have I ever.It was nice tho. I will deff go again when Tatiana is working. She made the experience much more enjoyable. She just gives off a really great energy that you kinda Wana be around. Now a days that ish is important yah know.The food. It was just ok. Nothing wrong with it just dinner food. Nothing special about it either. But the waffles do be cooked perfectly! And it is super affordable to get something quick.
Our long time favorite spot in Huntersville is no longer serving breakfast, so we decided to try Waffle House. After 2 visits we have decided we won't be returning. The food is not bad in fact the line cooks do a great job with the scrambled eggs. However, on our first visit my hubby found that the underside of his plate had dried food stuck too it. The coffee was good but the cleanliness of the cups was questionable. Our second visit today was the final straw. Not long after placing our order two waitresses got into a very heated argument which disrupted the entire staff. One of the waitresses was ultimately sent home but not before she informed most of the patrons about it. Consequently when our order finally arrived it was cold. Considering the mood of the staff we decided it was best to eat, pay, and leave. Wouldn't recommend this Waffle House. Cleanliness in the kitchen area appears to be an issue also and we were never offered refills on our coffee either.
I'm not from here so I don't know if it's normal to be completely ignored in these waffle house's but that's what happened to me. My fiance and I entered the building no one acknowledged us which is fine but there wasn't a clean spot in the place so we couldn't just seat ourselves so this is when I would think someone would say something but nothing. No greeting and no eye contact, after about 5 mins of no type of acknowledgement one of the employees cleaned a spot and sat down and ate... I was like ?. So to say the least I'll never return
The food was as expected, tasty and cheap! Something for all ages. Our waitress was so funny. And mad. Like, she was just mad about everything the entire time, but it was in a funny way. It almost made it a better experience honestly.
Our waitress was such a sweetheart and she was so friendly to all the customers. The food is always good and it's not a long wait. Favorite waffle house in the area.
Waffle House was one of the few businesses open that day so Kudos to them. Sunday the 16th of January 20222 morning the day of snow they were too swamped with customers. Had to find gas station food to get me through shift work.
Food was good; however, I didn't like the fact that they didn't offer a military discount. The waitress stated to me that Waffle House is too greedy to offer discounts.
