Just stopped in for my first time here (menchies is the best)The staff member didn’t even greet us, they do not have sample cups to try the flavor before buying (sweet frog does)The price was $26 for two of us! ?What’s the price per ounce supposed to be?!I’ll definitely have to go elsewhere to get my froyo fix now on.
This place is another example of how most franchises do not perform any type of supervision after they sing a contract with a franchisee. Either the owner does not care about his business or may be he thinks it is ok as it is. The place needs an extreme makeover and TLC. Either way , I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love tcby but every time I go it’s closed, I’ve tried basically every hour of the day and it’s always closed
Purchased 2 middle sized yogurts $27.00. Ridiculous
I’m happy this place was open in these trying times. Was able to get two bows of delicious yogurt to go with ease.
