I bought the Mexican pizza before it was released all over (we got prior access to it via the app) & it was made fresh and to my liking, but it just looks different. The top was missing ingredients maybe? I also remember it being cut in four pieces, mine wasn't cut. The taste was good though, just seems different than it was before. I get mine topped with creamy jalapeño sauce & it's so good that way!
When I got to the drive-through, I was not satisfied with my food and my food was not up to par. When I paid for extra on my food, the manager was very rude and made a nasty comment when asking for my change. The manager did not give me mercy upon my request and he lack customer service skills. He said “ Your change is not that serious”. Every time I go to this Taco Bell, the manager has always giving me a hard time especially my friend leaving me with Immense dissatisfaction. Food prices are going up and with our politeness all we ask for is good customer service. The manager is definitely the problem because he lacks good customer service and makes me question Taco Bell. This is the third time that me and my friend was being nasty towards when we was nothing but polite.
Wednesday, 9:45 pm: supposed to be open until 1 am (according to google), or at least 10 pm (according to the signage on the building). Restaurant looked like it had been closed for hours, nobody answered the drive thru and all the lights were off.
Terrible customer service, including the manager. Completely unprofessional and rude. To top that all off, they gave away at least 10 orders who came after me. Will NEVER come back.
This location is awful. They wouldn't know good customer service if it smacked them in the face. I have been here a couple times and they have yet to get my order correct. This time they really shorted me on my order. I will not return.Only giving one star because zero was not an option
The worst! Made my food wrong, which forced me to return. I was very nice and explained my food was wrong and the girl was EXTREMELY rude and acted like she wanted to assault me! Could you imagine?! All over her mistake! I will never be returning! They seriously need to find better staff and train them properly!
This used to be a great Taco Bell, but has gone downhill this past year. During our last experience, we ordered and paid online on a Sunday night. There was an option to pick up inside, which I selected since our past few visits had excessive drive-thru times. This is also why we choose online ordering for this visit, hoping it would help us avoid the drive-thru line. Big mistake. We arrived at the assigned time, driving past a line of cars for the drive-thru that was almost out to Statesville Road. Building doors were locked so I called and explained I had a pickup order with the option to get it inside. He told me I had to wait in the drive-thru line. So we get in the line and wait for 15 minutes to get to the order speaker. I inform them of my online order (that I already paid for) and they say they can't find it. After a few minutes of shuffling around, they say they found it and to pull ahead. After more waiting, we finally get to the pick-up window and only then does someone proceed to make the order. There was also only one individual making the food while the cashier spent the entire time texting on their phone. At this point, we have been there over 30 minutes waiting on food that was ordered over an hour and a half ago. We finally get our food and get home only to realize we are missing a couple items. We will never go back to this location or try Taco Bells's online ordering option again.
Friendliest Taco Bell employee (William T) I have ever encountered. And the crunch tacos were ACTUALLY CRUNCHY! I can’t say that for any of the last five or ten TBs I’ve been to.
Ridiculous to show up at 9 pm and wait in the drive through just to be told you're closed. A sign would be great, an update of hours would be great. We won't be back
As I waited in the lobby for my order, I watched as the three orders ahead of mine got messed up. When they called mine, it wasn’t even my order. When I finally received my order, they didn’t even put the sauce on the cheese quesadilla. There’s literally only cheese and sauce and they forgot the sauce. Writing this review as I’m eating, and I’m afraid to see what will be missing on the next item out of the bag…
