Went in and immediately it smelled like strong chemicals, almost smelled like ammonia. It was a pick up order so when we got there, the lady just gave us our food without speaking to us. When we got home to eat our food it was literally inedible because it was tasting exactly like the chemicals that the store smelled like. That's from improper use of chemicals and can be highly dangerous. A restaurant should have a staff certified in food safety. Ignorance to the procedures causes health risks to customers.
Food was fine and the one sandwich artist working during lunch hour was efficient, but one person total for the lunch rush meant I needed to take mine back to the office and it sat getting cold while I was in my next meeting. I felt sorry for her and we tipped her well.
Service is excellent!!!! Will be coming here more often!
Horrible customer service from one of the girls there. Doesn’t care about the customer and instead ignores their requests. Subway needs to fix that!
This is the best subway around, never been disappointed here.
I had an online coupon with a code on it. It would not apply to the online order so I called to get the coupon applied onto the bill. I was told the coupon did not work online but it has an online code??? Makes zero sense. But there was a language barrier and then the manager of the store flat out told me "Do you want the sandwiches or not? I have other customers to take care of." This will be my last time order from Subway ever again.

Service sucked. I won't be returning, decided to give this location another try after the turbo chef didn't work upon my first attempt. Today I arrived to not be greeted and to be treated as if I was bothering the guy to make me a sandwich(which is his job). I understand if I came in asking for directions to Texas but I wasn't, I only wanted to order 2 sandwiches.He sounded frustrated asking me "what else" "what else!" It was just rude. Thanks but no thanks I'd rather eat a sandwich from home...food was good. Tuna was fresh but had old spinach, no cucumbers, no pickles...and it was only 2 customers in the store eating so not like it was a busy day...
