Charged twice for my drink-went to my bank statement and they denied it and charged me twice. Order was $4 yet they had a system error and couldn’t fix it or remedy situation. Won’t be back. A little understanding goes a long way
Not bad service or anything they just can’t stay open for a damn and close early every night
first of all the service is super slow and the supposed manager of the store didn’t even fix my drink she just gave me a recovery card. my drink tasted so bad and the parking is terrible because of all of the construction. back when all of my norma baristas were there they knew my name and my drink and now i never see them. the new ones need retraining and definitely better management i hope no one goes to this burnt out starbucks if i could give no stars i would
I've been here several times recently and ordered a flat white, many batistas get this drink wrong. I don't complain to them because it is busy, but the coffee comes out weak. I have several people who do them right but typically at most SB locations (including this one) they do not. Not sure if retraining is needed to correct the strength of the espresso drinks.
My favorite Starbucks of all time. The baristas are all incredibly nice and efficient. I always order ahead and never have to wait around. Thank you!

This establishment boasts wonderful staff, great Starbucks coffee, online ordering, and for the ones out there that enjoy people watching...you will find the most eclectic conglomeration of clients you could possibly imagine... High fashion is the preferred attire with this bunch. The abundance of Karen's is astounding. Parking is beyond horrible in Birkdale... enjoy your Starbucks in the lap of luxury but be prepared for a long walk back to your vehicle.

Such a great Starbucks! They are always so accommodating at this location.I couldn’t quite understand the app and my rewards and they helped me.I love the fact that you could get salami and cheese for an on the go snack, Horizon chocolate milk and Ethos water from their refrigerated section and I love all the Starbucks refillable containers.
