Very nice helpful people. However, I thought Starbucks was supposed to be focused on sustainability. Due to COVID restrictions still in May 2022 in order to get cream and sugar I was given a cup of Half & Half that contained about 5 times the amount of Cream I needed. That included a cup and a lid that will be going to the landfill. And I had sugar packets instead of using a jar with sugar. Also going to the landfill. All those cups and lids going to the landfill nationwide. Let's get over this and go back to normal....please
Given the insane volume here I can see how reviews could vary, but I saw a big team of folks working together really hard in the face of us - probably 30-40+ people, all wanting our goods. And as "MAK" was keeping the mobile orders sorted, and giving clear-spoken updates to our caffeine-seeking horde, it didn't hurt that she looks like a model. Got my multi-item order correct and quickly.

Carter made my day! I was looking for a unique Starbuck’s cup for my mother in law. He recommended the absolute coolest travel cup! I’m not over exaggerating when I say this young man has the most wonderful personality!I’m in medical school so when I noticed the outdoor seating I made a mental note to bring my laptop and sit outside on a nice day and get some work done with a tasty drink.I highly recommend this location. Starbuck’s managers- directors- Give Carter a bonus or raise because he is the epitome of outstanding customer service!
This is the most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Some days the drinks are great, others not so much. As you can see in my picture, my husband and I ordered the exact same drink, and both are two totally different colors. Do yourself a favor and go to the local coffee shops around Huntersville. For the price of a Starbucks drink ($6 to be exact) the drinks should not be as inconsistent as they are.
Staff is busting their butts to fill orders and they are friendly but the last two visits took over 40 minutes each to receive a small, 2 coffee, mobile order! First time I gave them grace. Second instance, I won’t stop here again as it made me late for work both times. They need more capacity or a way to limit/warn mobile orderers.
Amazing staff and super quick :) Will definitely be back this is my favourite Starbucks.
