I am not a huge fan of Starbucks, in general, but we stopped here to use gift cards we received at Christmas. This location, unlike many others in our area, was actually not busy, but it was after lunch. The flat white coffee is good, but I have had better. Got the banana nut bread, warmed, and although it wasn't quite like homemade, it was pretty good. If you are a frequent Starbucks consumer, this one will satisfy...but if you aren't a frequent patron...there are better choices in smaller neighborhood coffee joints.
Coffee is always good and the employees are kind; however, every time I go (at least a dozen or more) the wait time is extremely lengthy. One time was more than 45 minutes for my coffee! Most times I can expect a 25-35 minute wait when I order online. The app does not ever correctly indicate wait times that long.
Updated pics. Is ok. Staff is mehh. They dont organize or line anything up. U have to dig thru the pile. If you order a mobile order usually 25-45 wait from notification that your order is ready. So be sure to plan. Also they are randomly open.
I've been to this location pre and post pandemic on and off since 2018. I've never had an issue with my orders! The staff is constantly kind, efficient, and enjoyable to interact with. They are usually very busy, but I've always gotten my online orders at the estimated waiting time. Whether it's an order with one drink, or an order with multiple drinks + food, they always deliver above expectations. Im sure they deal with all kinds of people since this location is in Huntersville, but their kind spirits have never dimmed when serving customers. Coming from a retail + coffee background, I have nothing but respect and gratitude for everyone at this location. Thank you all for your hard work and perfection!

Now I rarely make reviews but this is a problem at this location. Now the workers are friendly, the coffee is great, I mean come on it’s Starbucks. This is strictly about the mobile order option. I have been to this location about 5 times and each time I’ve had to wait about 45 minutes for my order. While the app always says it’s 9-12 min…DO NOT BELIEVE IT, you will wait! Take today for instance I ordered at about 8:05am, as of 8:43 still no order so had to cancel as I had somewhere to be. Now cancelling was super easy and I did get my refund, but again the point is they need to do something in regards to this issue. People want their coffee, I don’t know if it’s possible to turn off mobile order when they see there getting backed up. I mean I walked in and there where like 30 people standing/sitting and waiting for orders, that’s ridiculous. The whole point of mobile ordering is to be able to walk in and get your order and walk right back out w/ minimum wait. Now yes I know today was the free red cup day, but again as stated earlier this is a repeat offense at this location. Also another thing I get customer service, but having casual conversation with a customer when you have a line and it’s that busy is a no no. Sorry for the rant , just a mom of a newborn who really needed her coffee this morning.
The staff is hit or miss with friendliness. This location is EXTREMELY busy. Yesterday was a 45 minute wait. 45 minutes for coffee! I ordered through mobile 35 minutes in advance because I know better at this location and still was told a minimum of 45 minutes when I got there. They need to shut off mobile at peak times. The reviews for this location are starting to get bad. Something needs to be done quick!

Good, tasty drinks and food. However This location is pretty consistently busy and behind on orders. The baristas work hard; not their fault necessarily. It would be helpful if the app would provide realistic pick up times to reflect the wait.
