High-quality ingredients and it's obvious in the taste. However, you do pay for it... about 15 bucks for a single party burger, fries, and a large drink. Treat yourself! And you may as well pick up a shake.
It was good. Staff was friendly, the place was super clean. Only 4 stars because of price. For the price of a meal with burger, fries, and a drink I was not blown away. For 20$ Bad Daddy's Burger bar is a better choice. Overall 6/10.
Just ordered the Oreo shake and the churro shake. Can’t visually tell which is which, and can’t taste which is which either. I swear I think you put ingredients from both in each shake. You also didn’t give me any Shack Sauce. Not the first time either. Disappointed AGAIN.
Orders are usually messed up. Check them before you leave. I went today to try it again. Closed on Sunday at 6pm. Please just move out so someone else can take over that spot.
Visited this location while visiting the area for the first time. I was able to walk in and order via the kiosk without waiting in line. I ordered spicy buffalo Cheese fries and a chocolate/Vanilla milkshake. My husband had the Shroom burger. Service was prompt and the workers were very friendly. The food was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. The shakes were tasty and blended perfectly. It wasn't too thick to the point I couldn't immediately drink it. The only petty issue I had was paying extra for whip cream. Most ice cream shops consider it a usual topping. But overall it was great. I would definitely go back!

The food here is worth the hype. The self service ordering when you are right next to the counter is a slightly odd experience. I mean you can see the people that are getting the orders.The staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and bright. My experience was pleasant.
First time customer review- This place is great! First, the cashier was in training and both employees were so nice and personable! Second, the sanitation certificate was 100% and it was definitely reflected. It was so clean! Third and most important, the food. The burgers, so good! The patties are flat and have crispy edges and taste like good quality burgers. The toppings pair perfectly. I hate crinkle cut fries and I ate most of what I ordered. The cheese and seasoning were delicious! I wanted to order more to take home and eat later! This place is the east coast In n Out burger, cannot wait to go again!

Planned ahead to stop at a Shake Shake on my road trip. I even downloaded app and ordered from the app. I liked the smooth way their app works. Was unable to find the doggy bag o bones. But when I picked up my order they did have those treats. Funny they are by BOCCE ... my little dogs favorite treats. I'm mostly vegetarian so I got the Portobello burger and added avocado. It was delicious. Shroom is breaded and crispy with yummy taste treat. Hope they bring these to Tallahassee FL. Pricey but great. At this location super efficient fast and personable staff. All good.
