So: I wish I could say this place is terrible, just so I can have this place to myself, but I would be lying! I am just going to be honest, and say that Salads aren’t my favorite thing in the world to eat, but this restaurant makes me LOVE them.I order here every week, and I have NEVER ordered anything I didn’t like. The salads are the freshest I’ve ever had from a restaurant, the paninis are incredible and always hot, even for delivery, and now, my new addiction is the warm grain bowls!I give credit where credit is due- If you want a fresh, delicious salad, or another offering with great ingredients, this is the place to order from. And if your considering for delivery, I have NEVER had an issue with my orders. Always silverware and napkins, even butter for my roll.Highly recommend!Also, I called the restaurant directly to offer appreciation, and spoke to Kayla. To the Saladworks team, y’all are doing great! It doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you!
Very good, fresh ingredients. The tomato soup was a hit with the kids- who would have thought? We took leftovers home and made a second meal out of everything! They had pretty much everything you could put on a salad. Choices were to create your own or choose from their pre-chosen groupings of toppings. Workers were kind and knowledgeable, patient with the kids when they ordered for themselves. Would definitely go back!

I had about 3 bugs on a piece of my lettuce and was mortified! I was so excited to come here as i lm not from here and i thought i found a place similar to salata. No! This place is not a place to get fresh greens, veggies or even toppings from. A lot of the product kind of looked like it hadn’t been changed out so i should’ve knew better. After i told them and showed them the bugs, you would think they would’ve took that lettuce off the shelf to change it out or wash it or whatever but no.. they just refunded me and took the next customer who was walking in on my way out. Wow i felt bad for not stopping the lady from buying her food from there but i didn’t want to be “that person” i hope she inspects her food like i do. That ruined my entire day.
Huge and delicious salad. Very fresh. Only thing is add ons are a bit pricey but worth it for how big the salad is. Will definitely be back.
This was my first time at this establishment, and I will be back! . I took my elderly Mom here for lunch and she really enjoyed it. She had the pick 2 Turkey cheddar panini and potato soup. She LOVED it, and said it was the best she’s had! Soup was hearty and delicious. Served with a pickle and chips or roll. . I had the Southwest Chicken salad and Chicken poblano soup and also thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I really loved that my roll was warm and fresh and complimented my soup perfectly. They offer 5 varieties of soup daily and the salad combinations are only limited by your imagination. They do also offer a variety of signature salads and sandwiches.IMO previous reviews and comments about pricing are ridiculous. At this stage of our economy it’s simply not fair. Everything has gone up! Have you gotten gas lately? A Fresh, delicious, healthy variety of food offered by pleasant people. SO MUCH BETTER than a Panera! Support this small business!
Name should be Nickle and Dime... man talk about irritating. I understand wanting to charge for extra for additional toppings... but they take it to the extreme. $1.25 for crispy wontons lol… okay whatever. They give you one small ramekin for dressing, and charge $.99 for extra. Since when does a huge salad only require one small ramekin of dressing lol. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for napkins and a standing in line fee. No subbing out apple juice in the kids meal for a fountain drink... and the only choice is apple juice. enough said. The salad is subpar... nothing special and nothing you couldn’t get at a salad bar in Harris teeter. The ingredients aren’t fresh, the chicken is cold/chopped up chicken that tastes like it was frozen and unthawed. I’ve paid $13 for a salad uptown and been mad at the price but at least it tasted good... at the end of the day I completely wasted my money here. Won't be back... left a bad taste in my mouth... literally and their antics did the same.
This is my favorite go to spot! The food here is always fresh and delicious! The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Prices are fair for such a huge salad.
Had great salad and soup for dinner. It was not busy inside, staff was nice, and service was quick. Salad was the buffalo bleu and soup was chicken noodle. Similar to Chop’t, which we also really like.
