Just had our food delivered from the Huntersville location.My wife called to complain about the state of my tacos ?. They imploded. Not remotely recognizable as tacos. She did receive a “sorry”. Guess we are sorry too. We won’t be customers any longer. #sorrynotsorry #lame
Just ordered from the Huntersville location. They had the gall to put these absolutely burnt Maduros in my box. I guess because it’s delivery they thought that I couldn’t do anything about it, wrong answer. It’s embarrassing for them because there’s no way that they didn’t know that these are burnt. That was a waste of hard earned money.I only gave them the 2 because the empanadas were good. This is the 3rd time that I’ve received burnt Maduros in the last 12 months. It’ll be the last. I’m pretty sure that the tostada sauce for the arepa’s is supposed to be on the side instead it’s inside. I don’t like the sauce. If I request for it to be removed they always include it anyway.
Go to las meras tortas down the street. Idk why I tried this place, I think I was excited for empanadas but it’s like the meat they gave you for spaghetti day in elementary school it’s like throw up. One bite of the burrito and I couldn’t even stomach to try another. I fed the taco to my dog.
I went here for the first time this past summer 2021 around august/September. I noticed when going to bathroom that the automatic soap dispenser didn’t work and you had to manually open it to dispense soap from the plastic container. I went here to eat again probably 4 more times in total between September and February 2022 and noticed again that the soap dispenser didn’t work and the plastic container was barely full. I put two and two together wondering if anyone including staff even bothered to wash with soap with the added step and effort to get soap. The rice sides are cold and the tacos don’t come out with steam coming off them and tend to be cold in a few minutes. Other then that the food is good I just wish it was warmer. Tables were not cleaned right away after people ate.
Great food, tacos to Cuban bowls and everything in between. Never had ANYTHING that I didn't like.
Saddest little taco I ever had. About 1 tablespoon of shredded chicken. Not worth it. It tastes ok. Taco Bell is a better value. The ground beef was disgusting. I actually could not eat it. Really really bad.
We ordered $100 worth of food for take out and got all the way home before realizing they didn't give us the cheese for the nacho platter. They apologized, but they should have offered a free dessert or something considering we had to drive all the way back for their mistake.
Delicious take out. If i lived in Charlotte i would definantly go again. We got the carne asada fries
Black lady at the front left me waiting 15 min for my order while it was sitting at the back. And then she said have a good day when I complained. She def don’t deserve to work here
