The queso is dangerously delicious (so, for that matter, is the complimentary salsa that comes with your table chips) and the lunch specials are an excellent value. If you eat in, the service is great and the music is always really fun. If you do carryout, the family meal platters are a fantastic (and delicious) deal -- we easily feed 4 adults and a couple kids and still wind up with leftovers.

Went for half off tequila and $6 nachos per their advertised special. Waitress did not understand how the specials worked and did not pretend to care. Long story short she knew we came for the specials because we told her that upfront and asked questions about it but she basically just said she didn’t know and ended up charging full price for everything. When we questioned it she told us we ordered it wrong. Manager was nice but only honored the nachos pricing. I guess we know for next time but if you as a waitress don’t know how your specials work, you should try to find out so you can help your customers. Frustrating experience but the food was good. Drink was average at best.. both ordered spicy margarita which wasn’t spicy and we couldn’t taste the tequila.
Great food in a small but cute space. Service was good. Food took a while to come out but i think it was only because they had a large party to serve at the same time as us. We would be back!
Good if you want Americanized Mexican food, I’m biased though being Mexican myself. Good range of standard “Mexican” food. Though I wish they used corn tortillas more than flour but again my opinion. Workers are decent. Does get busy though so beware it might take longer if it’s slammed.
Love the food here so have been back a few times. Tonight, there was a mishap with my meal but the manager made sure to come over and apologize & comp for the issue and correct it right away. Customer service isn’t dead everywhere! Because of the way things were handled, we will definitely be back soon
My new favorite Mexican in Charlotte. The burritos are MASSIVE and seriously delicious. Cannot beat the flavor or price. I've gone three times in the last month!
Got the guacamole and the steak fajitas. I like the ambiance and the food. We will definitely try it again. We are trying new places in the area. Keep it up!
Best Mexican food in the Charlotte area. Food is amazing EVERY TIME. Try the shrimp cocktail appetizer - it’s out-of-this-world delicious. Daily drink specials, great margaritas, friendly staff. If you’re love Mexican food, you need to try this place!
