Horrible customer service! Simply lazy employee action. Ordered Wed online and pizza was not correct nor good. Called that night, put on hold and never answered. Called next day, put on hold and never answered. Call Sat evening, put on hold and was hung up on after 10 min. Called back, hold again, drove up there. Walked in while still on hold at 7 min mark. Guy in red shirt sitting at desk, no one else in sight. Red shirt finally asked if I had a pick up, and I said no I need to order and showed him I was on hold… he walked by the phone and hung it up. Then refused to remake my pizza. This store deserves to go out of business. The employees clearly do not want to work and have no concept of customer service at all
waited 2.5 hours...finally told it was delivered. we had nothing at our door. they refused to send more pizza, and wouldn't refund us until they closed. didn't even apologize. STAY AWAY
Only reason I’m writing a review because this store refuses to refund me my money back I have been calling this store for two weeks now trying to get my money back I placed an order online and never received my food called them the same day and everybody pretty much gave me the run around nobody wanted to help me the hold time was 45 minutes to an hour finally I spoke with a gentleman who was very nice and said it takes up to 3 days to receive my refund he said that my order was canceled and there was no reason why it was canceled told me to call back on Monday and speak with a manager needless to say I still haven’t received my money and still can’t get in touch with anybody there call center is trash nobody knows or does there job worse experience ever What’s crazy is everybody on here got a response from the owner I posted this 4 days ago and haven’t received any type of response I just want my money back
We've dealt with this Pizza Hut numerous times in the past. The service was always ok, nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. It was just solid delivery pizza. Recently this has not been the case.The last time we ordered, we waited for over an hour before trying to reach someone over the phone, to no avail. My husband and I got in the car and decided we'd go to the location. When we arrived they were apologetic and explained their driver did not show up for their shift and they were in the process of contacting Door Dash to make the deliveries they had already scheduled. I told them I'd just take my order with me since I was already there, no worries.Tonight (3/19/2022) we ordered at 8pm. Confirmation email was received at 8:01 saying the order would be 25-35 minutes. I received a text message at 8:27 saying the order was on the way. At 9:30 I called the location, no answer. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before my husband suggested he drive me to the location. When we arrived (at this point I was on hold for 35+ minutes), one of the employees walked to the door and locked it, while staring directly at me and shaking his head. Simultaneously my call was dropped. I checked with my bank and the charge had gone through. I had been charged, had no pizza, and no way to contact the store as they were ignoring phone calls and had locked their door at 10:15pm, 45 minutes before their posted closing time.I'm not sure what the whole story is, but I contacted Pizza Hut's Customer Satisfaction Hotline and gave them my order information, the address of the store, and told them exactly what had happened from my point of view. I was told to contact my bank and have them void the charge and they would contact me when they begin their investigation.I hate to be this person but I will most likely never interact with this location again, and would advise anyone to avoid this store.
Didn't get my full order and the bread sticks and pizza was hard as a brick. When I called the store and told them what was going on they hung up the phone up on me. I called several times after and got no answer. Very very unprofessional and I will never order again. What a waste!!!
I would give this Pizza Hut zero stars if it allowed me to. They never answer the phone, the orders are always wrong, and the employees always seem lost when you ask them a question. I was supposed to get a $10 credit due to them messing up my last order but they never gave it to me. The Pizza Hut in the Prosperity area is 10 times better, and guess what…they actually answer the phone. Avoid the headache and stress and don’t go to this Pizza Hut. Also, they still owe my Wife $30 from messing up her order.
This Pizza Hut is a fraud and they steal your money! Placed an order at 630pm for delivery. Received confirmation and a notification 30 mins later that the pizza was on its way. 2 hours later still NO pizza. Called the store multiple times and no answer. Sat on hold for over an hour and still got charged $50 and NEVER received Order. That is Stealing! Plain and simple. That is illegal!! How is this Pizza Hut still in business? Does legal action need to be taken for something to change. I’m sure there are plenty of other people willing to file a class action lawsuit based on the poor reviews and other fraudulent thefts made by this store.
My pizza took almost 2 hours- it was FREEZING cold- and my wings never came! I was on hold for 2 hours with the store- NO ONE answers the phone. I would like a call or refund. I will never ever order again from here- terrible.
Fulfill my order or at least mark the restaurant as closed online if not taking orders.Editing since Pizza Hut replied asking me to contact them to make it better. I’ll forgive you this time, but just let record show that at roughly 7pm EST on 1/22/22 (NFL playoff Saturday!!!) Mama’s Pizza in Huntersville, NC out pizza’d The Hut.
The people working there are very rude. They said my pizza wouldnt be ready for 2hrs fter I put un the order. I went to pick it up and apparently it had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour. The food was dry and hard as a rock.
