The service was awesome and the food was delicous!
Attentive staff. Came at 5 and by 6 it was packed with a line outside. Maybe because they put something addictive in the pimento cheese? I'm telling you to get the waffle fries with pimento cheese. Come at me if you don't love them. Hubs had the Nashville Hot Sandwich and enjoyed. I had a vegan hotdog with slaw and vegan chili. Didn't eat the bun, but dog was great. Coconut margarita wasn't coconutty, but still good. Will visit again when in Charlotte!
Very slow service. We were with a group. Had to ask every time someone needed a drink refill or anything. They automatically add the tip when you have a group. I know, most places do. But the service was awful. They knew they were getting a tip but they definitely didn’t earn it. Mixed up our food and our bills. It was chaos.
Ordered takeout. Ready on time. Two different tacos varieties, chicken philly, and burger were all boring, not much to get excited about. Probably will not be back.
Not bad, service in the restaurant I've always remembered to be fine. For the price of the food though I definitely expect better. Everything is always extra salty (maybe you have to be 3 bud lights deep before you can really enjoy the food) and greasy, which I'm totally cool with, but not for $10 entrees.
Enjoyed my vegan corn dog and poutine. The food was so good and satisfying and as a vegan looking for food eats while travelling, I was very pleased. The staff were nice as well, but a little busy a the time when I was there dining outdoors.Interesting decorations and vibe as well. I do recommend this place.
I like the diversity and originality of the menu. Food is pretty good. I love the menu names and decorative location. It's kid friendly also.
The servers were polite and efficient. The food came out fast and everyone enjoyed their food. Definitely try the Korean tacos. They were delicious. I ordered 3 but was full after 1 1/2. Definitely worth trying out.
So, full disclosure: we came here right after Pinky's opened and had an awful experience & vowed never to come back (I'm dramatic that way, lol) but I kept seeing the stellar reviews and a great friend of mine promised it was consistently good food so we tried again. Thank goodness we did!! My husband had the April special "Wu-Tang Burger" and he said it's the best burger he's ever eaten (and he's the pickiest eater ever) and it's April 25th, we just ate there, but he's already planning a return trip before the end of the month because he "can't let that burger get away" ?. Anyway, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and OH.MY.GOD. that was the best spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had! It was so simple: just pickles with the chicken, no condiments, but it totally didn't need it because the sauce on the chicken was definitely the star of the thing. It was so crazy spicy (but not like ghost pepper spicy) but it had the *best flavor* !!! I've been trying to place the spices and peppers but I can't! It's just freaking crispy, and spicy, with yummy pickles, making it unbelievably delicious. Oh, and of course we got an order of Greg's fried pickles (honestly, we ended up getting two because our daughter ate almost all of the first one) which were perfect. I even ended up falling in love with a Pinky's 'Unicorn Tears' shirt and bought one for my daughter and I while I was there. Maybe next time I'll get to try the drink because it sounds delicious! Anyway, I'm so glad I gave Pinky's another chance! We will be back. A lot. ?
Very unique menu. It's created for all taste. Staff are awesome and so sweet. The wait was not long for the food. Nice children's menu. Great environment for family day. The waffle fries could most definitely been cooked a little longer it was bland because they don't use no salt I assume. But with ranch and ketchup they are good.
