The customer service of their manager Elizabeth Kidd was terrible I called to check on my delivery and she was rude and hung up on me. My card had been charged and I had called the automated system twice, once it was out for delivery, second time it was running late, third time I got her who instead of taking the time to listen kept talking over me and telling me either my order was cancelled.. The manager is very disrespectful and very rude told him to cancel my order and I was still charged please do not order from them. They don’t know how to treat your customers and they are very disrespectful I still have not received my refund
Placed an order online for delivery, got a call almost two hours later lecturing me because they don’t deliver that far. A) you used to, I’ve lived in the same place for 10 years and B) if you don’t anymore, that’s a YOU problem for the order going through in the first place. Be mad at the system, not me. Didn’t appreciate the attitude of the woman (driver) that called at all. Just say it was a mistake and you’re unable to deliver that far. Don’t need to be taught a lesson for something that’s not my fault. It’s pizza, calm down.
There normal crust is dairy free for our kid that is highly alergic to dairy. They take care not to cross contaminate the pizzas with dairy. Only reason its 4 stars is because they stopped delivering to our area.

Pizza cold. No cheese on the pizza. I understand food cost have gone up but having no cheese on the pizza is just crazy and the pizza looked old.

What a joke! They shrunk their delivery area and cut off some of the fastest growing areas of Huntersville. So the recommended we use door dash to order from them. Then the order costs almost double what it used to and took 3 hours to arrive. Bad form Papa John’s…..
This pizza gave me diarrhea and uncomfortably displeased my stomach. I am not sure what the workers were doing but I have to come to the conclusion that there was more than just pizza ingredients in my pie. My stomach is still hurting now.
The worst place EVER. I literally ordered a pizza from them a few weeks ago and everything was fine. Now they can't deliver to my address, and I'm not even 10 miles away. Will never order from them again.
