Ordered 2 chicken salad sandwiches for pick up. Got home to 2 tuna salad sandwiches. Went back and they somehow gave us an attitude for their mistake. Made it on complete different bread and with only the tiniest amount of chicken salad, no tomato, no lettuce or anything else. Next day, my son wanted a breakfast sandwich from there, ordered that and a bagel (didn’t want anything done to it), bag was sealed so I imagined someone checked the order. Came home to no bagel. Not sure why no one seems to care to make sure an order is right, I get mistakes happen, but it almost seems like it’s their goal to cause an inconvenience to their customers.
We each got a way overpriced chicken sandwich. The sandwich was small with a thick cold bun with way more bread than chicken, a tiny dot of blech mayo, and a few shreds of lettuce. The weirdest part were these small discs of cheese puffs that were not only weird texture in the sandwich but did not even taste good. Worst chicken sandwich ever. Save your money and go to PDQ or even McDonalds or Wendy's their chicken sandwich is 10x better.
I had a bad experience. I came ordering a chicken sandwhich. It was a new menu item and it looked really good. Boy was I wrong. What I thought was a fullfilling looking sandwhich was something my school cafeteria could’ve made better. That sandwhich could not even feed a child. It was especially dissapointing considering I waited 25 minutes for a piece of chicken on a bun with a shred of lettuce. I would like to let you know that this is possibly the worst Panera establishment I have been to, and do not recommend going at any time anyone else might be there. So never. Because the staff doesn’t seem to be able to handle more than one order at once.
Traveling for business and needed lunch. So I wanted to grab a bite to eat and work for a bit. So I used the tablet to order and wanted the pick 2 selection and picked three different items and they were out of stock of main ingredients!!! After the third item that I enjoyed that an ingredient was out I had to leave. Took my business next door to Uncle Maddie’s Pizza and it was Delicious.
The worst Panera location EVER. Every single time I go here my order is missing items and late by at least 15 minutes. I come back at different times of day to see if anything changes and it doesn’t. Seriously need new managers and all new employees.

Ordered 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup on Monday night, 3/21/22. This soup has always been my favorite however, this was extremely thin as if they had added water to it. The sandwich had plenty of lettuce and tomato but couldn't have had more that a tablespoon of chicken salad. A real disappointment.
I think This Panera has changed management. We had stopped going to this location because the quality had suffered as well as the prices. Went back a couple of weeks ago and the order was good.
This is the third time my delivery order has been wrong... this time they left a completely different order at my door. Worst part is they don't answer the phone when I've tried to call them to get it corrected... got hung up on 4 times... Philip is on the phone with their corporate customer service now to keep me from driving over there. Go to the Northlake Panera or the Concord Mills Panera instead... this one kind of sucks.
It was my first time here and the staff wasn’t the nicest. I get it but it’s okay to show decency. The food is alright
