Usually I have good experiences here but last weekend was a disaster. They had no small cups, so you would think they would offer you a medium at the small price, nope. Girl just said sorry, medium or large. Then asked for plum sauce, "sorry we dont have any". Ok, how about sweet and sour for the egg roll? "No we are out". Go over to the drink machine, no sweet tea, no raspberry tea, so we ended up with water. Go outside to eat and the chow mein is about 90% cabbage and barely any noodles. And then go to throw trash away and the trash can is overflowing and you can barely jam anything in. I contact Panda customer service and they offered me 2 small entree's, basically samples after we ordered 2 full entrees. Thanks a lot Panda Express.
So I didn't take any pictures but we're on vacation and placed a $100 order (tip included) and received NO sauces or utensils. The food order was placed online at 1 p.m. for a 6 p.m. delivery. The delivery was on time, they followed the instructions to call once at our location, no issue there. But NO sauces is a huge deal. I'm not local but I purchase from other locations and states and this does NOT sit well. I'm not sure what to recommend here. We requested sauces and utensils in the online instructions and received nothing. Only thing I can say is good luck on a delivery. If you're traveling, might be worth picking up so you can make sure you have what's needed to truly enjoy their cuisine.
Middle of afternoon on Sunday & yet half of the entrees aren’t even cooked. Teriyaki chicken is out & employees aren’t even planning to cook it.
Good inexpensive food for the family but dont bother calling dont know why they have a phone if they never pick up. And it isnt waffle house so if the weathers looking sketchy they're most likely closed along with the charlotte location
I eat here a lot. Went to pick up 5 different orders for my family for dinner. Most of us got fried rice. The rice wasn’t fully cooked. It’s like chewing on sprinkles. Terrible experience. Several workers there and no one seem to have seen it. I was wondering why it looked so different this time.
Don't let the 4 stars scare you, it's just that no restaurant is perfect, whether fast food or nicer. I have found that PEs entrees are pretty good and the meat is of high quality compared to the average Chinese restaurants. I'm definitely a fan of half rice and super greens under my entree. Two low points, 1st their egg rolls are mushy so I skip those. 2nd is be careful if you like crunchy veggies, if the entrees have been setting awhile you may run into this. We usually have PE for lunch so haven't noticed that issue at this location. Nice staff and a clean place place from my observation.
Rude Staff, poor food portions, no straws, and no customer service. Staff are just hanging out in the customer seats.
The Panda here is truly hit and miss. 1 day it can be very good the other day absolutely horrible. I've found a limited menu. They almost NEVER have brown rice which is frustrating in today's world. Other than that, customer service is ok. Cleanliness is ok. 3 stars seem appropriate.
Food was good, lines moved fast, staff friendly. The ice machine was down and they didn't offer straws which withnlittles is scary but overall a good experience.
Firecracker chicken is a lot of peppers and veggies, good and spicey, but not a lot of chicken!Tried to visit 11/23/21, they were closed. We checked Google maps, it indicated they close at 9pm. We arrived at 8:15pm, they were closed. We drove out of our way to get there.
