I ordered 5 dozen bagels and black and white cookies for a brunch for 60 people to celebrate my sons and future daughter in laws engagement. I confirmed everything the day before they shipped. On the day the delivery was expected I received 3 dozen bagels. It was already after 3 and I was unable to find a local baker to make up the difference. I had already purchased 3 pounds of lox, tons of cream cheese, I made enough scallion cream cheese for an army, cut up onions and tomatoes enough for 60 people. Christopher offered no solution other than to refund the bagels and black and white cookies that never came.I have been ordering bagels from Best NY Bagels for a few years. There’s always something that’s not right but it’s been manageable. NEVER AGAIN will I use this company
Came in twice. The first time was a wonderful experience. I got the sunriser bagel with provolone cheese and it was amazing. The bagels are a little on the harder side. The second time I ordered the same thing but got my egg over medium. I should’ve just stuck to my original order. I’m now dealing with salmonella food poisoning and I know it’s from this place because my boyfriend ordered the exact same bagel as me just got it a fully cooked egg. We went home to take a nap and when I woke up I started throwing up and having bad diarrhea. I did not eat anything else after my bagel. I should’ve known from the low sanitation score to not order undercooked eggs.
Not NY bagels! I’m born and raised in The Bronx and these bagels are horrible. They were cold and hard. Expensive too! Go elsewhere!
The environment and staff are so welcoming! Not to mention, the food is amazing!!! Do not leave this place without ordering the best cream cheese in the world. I recommend this place 10/10 if you are looking for a banging breakfast. You won’t regret stopping by

Good efficient service. Zero wait time. However greasy floors and kinda shabby around the coffee prep area. Worse of it were the extra bland bagels. I couldn’t finish mine it was so tasteless. Had to throw both of them away.
Being the only bagel place in the area, you really don't have a choice. Food is OK. Bagels are covered in their seasonings (which I love) but the bagels don't have the fluff and flavor that I expect when looking for a good bagel sandwich. I've eaten here the last two weekends, so it's good enough to return. Just not New York amazing. Menu is extensive. Maybe I should try their lunch items. Staff is super friendly and the place is clean.
Make sure to double check your order, at times mistakes are made but overall good breakfast place
Good seattles best coffee. Bagels are decent. The real gem is the fresh breakfast sandwiches or dishes straight from the grill.
Delicious. The staff is what really makes the place... helpful and answered all my dumb questions about how to order.
