3rd and last time until things change. have tried to be patient as I know things are rough all around, but when employees yell at customers because they are complaining because there is so much confusion on the line and orders where getting switched up left and right, not cool. 2nd time ,different employees, while nice, still didn't seem to know what they were doing and received 2 brown bags of chips that had grease soaked thru, got home and couldn't eat them due to then being raw still. 3rd time today and service was better, however, still received 2 bags of raw chips soaked in oil. please train your employees how to properly prepare the chips. so disappointing to get home and have inedible food.

Horrible service, there were two girls working, one was on her phone the entire time as well as eating cheese from the serving containers with her bare hand. The other girl was the only one working while there was a ridiculous line. Photo attached.The food was so-so, they were out of most items. It was my first time there, guess I’ll stick with trusty Qdoba or Chipotle.

Ridiculous how they don’t start the DoorDash order until 5 minutes after the pick up times , please learn to respect the fact that dasher and delivery drivers are just doing their job the same as everyone else . To consistently pull stunts like this makes it very stressful on another person just trying to do their job in a timely manner . I use to work in the kitchen and attention to detail is big as well as making sure you start the order in time even if your line or store is busy you find a way to also incorporate the delivery orders in a timely manner . To wait until you clear the line to start a DoorDash order cost the delivery drivers a lot of time as well as the customers seat on their food and we get paid by the delivery not the hour . Hopefully you will use this review as a way to grow and be better for the world and your 3 party co workers but I doubt it .

The food was great, as it normally is from here, but what impressed me the most was when DoorDash completely messed up and didn't bring 3/4ths of our office's order, the on-duty manager grabbed it and brought it to us herself, even though we were 15 minutes away. We definitely appreciated that level of above-and-beyond customer service! Thank you so much!

I wouldn't order online. The staff and manager are not eager to make it until all the customers are through the line, so your estimated time of completion will not be accurate. Turnover rate at this location is incredible high and they seem to hire many incompetent employees. The young guys that work there are the best employees, but everyone else is rude and unwilling. Food is great (most of the time), staff is not.

Food is pretty much always on point staff are nice.

I order online from this location about once every other week. Food is always great and on time! Only once had another customer taken my order, but they took care of me quickly! Great staff at this location.

I've been a Chipotle customer for years, and I just didn't know how AWESOME Moe's was! The food was great, and theres more of a selection of toppings. I had a chicken bowl...and now my mouth is watering again!Just try it!

Went here last night. The girl who puts the orders together intentionally stopped when it was time to prepare my order and started working on to go orders after I had been standing there for 10 minutes. I didn't say a word the entire time just waited patiently while she worked on other customers orders. I walked out!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LAZY STAFF standing around talking instead of helping. I stopped going here months ago because prep area was ALWAYS nasty. Ill NEVER return. AND FEW EMPLOYEES HAD ON MASKS.

Didn't get what I ordered. The hot food was put on the tortilla and then sat there for almost 10 minutes while the cold station processed a backup of orders. A little more team work may have kept the food hot. Several team members weren't wearing masks. Chips were stale. Team member did offer to remake my order but it had taken so long by that point, I just took it and left.
