The most ghetto mcdonalds ive been to. Lady in the pickup window was rude, the pay window doesnt know how to count and put my money in the register without marking it as paid, and then they tried to say that it wasnt paid for. Skinny girl with obvious daddy issues was mumbling about pulling up. Everyone here needs a new job and possibly a mental evaluation
WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! Don’t even know how this one is still up and running. It’s dirty, the staff is rude half of the time, the wait times are ridiculous and they ALWAYS forget food. Even when you check the food at the window and make them aware they still fight with you :/I prayed and prayed for a chick Fila when I saw them leveling the property next door to McDonald’s. At this point a bonjangles- hell any other restaurant would be better then this only option!!!My hope is that the Bojangels pushes this McDonald’s out this leaving the building for just about any other restaurant. I know a lot of people feel this way.Not sure how this McDonald’s hasn’t been shut down based off all of the consistently awful reviews… the people are not wrong.
This location should honestly be closed down. It’s in a super convenient area but nobody there actually wants to work. Don’t expect to get anything at night be 8/10 times it will be closed at 9pm because the workers don’t want to do their jobs. They will sit in the drive thru all night long just to make it look like they’re working and tell people it’s closed. They are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. Another time we went they said they were only taking cash and it had to be exact cash… I think something sketchy is going on there. These people are stealing so much money from this business. Awful.I will say that the morning workers are awesome - they deserve 5 stars. Just the night crew SUCKS. This location was much better 6 years ago.
This place is always slow. You'll be waiting 15 - 20 minutes until someonegets to the speaker. Then you get cold fries and their always running out of something or it isn't working .
I’ve never been at a McDonald’s that straight up tells you they can’t take orders for 20 minutes.Absolute buffoonery. Never had as many issues with a McDonalds as I have with this one.“Fast-food” - more like 30 minute food.
Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to find out that their credit card system was down didn't have cash, so no food pulled up to the window and holler thru the window no one vCame to the window for about 2 minutes then an older gentleman came to the window eating something and said that the cashier was in the back cooking and that there was only 3 people working at 715 pm will not come there again at anytime I work all day with nothing to eat and this is how my day ended thanks akot...
I ordered a big Mac and only had one beef patty, not two.... never before boss this happened. This location is one of my least favorite McDonald's
So wanted to experience the chicken sandwich that McD's is offering by TV ad. Meat was precooked and hanging in wait pan. The chicken was greasy and not impressive on flavor. Took napkin for grease transfer and had to toss itBig waste
AWFUL service, slow, makes you sit in the drive thru for a long time, doesn’t operate drive thru line at ALL, you get paid $15 an hour here. AND THEY DONT EVEN WORK. Tried to go inside and they say the lovby is closed. Worst service
Service is terrible and nobody actually works there 15$ a hour and can watch 15 cars sit in the drive thru and say hello hello hello and never take an order
