No salad’s? Oh well, kid loved their happy meals! Clean and well run store!
Food was good, price reasonable. Drive thru was a bit slower then usual.
Clean restaurant, prompt service. Drive through line gets long and blocks entrance to parking if you want to go inside.
It was really good we got 3 carmel cappuccinos and a large fry it came out fast good fresh and hot!
I will say each time I've came here the good was fresh and hot. Also the drive thru is always moving. I highly recommend this McDonald's.
If you have an hour to kill and love to wait for ever to get your food come to this McDonald's, the drive-thru will supply exactly that!!!! I've been waiting almost an hour , this is ridiculous.
I ordered on the app and when I got to the restaurant for curbside pickup the app said I wasn't there. I went inside to try to pick up my order and nobody acknologed that I was there. After 10 minutes I called an employee to the counter and showed her my phone app. She said she can't make the food because it wasn't on the screen. I showed her the app which said to give an employee the code for my order. Without saying anything she walked away. I waited a little longer assuming she was going to get someone to help but she started making drinks and didn't come back. After 30 minutes and no help I cancelled the order and left. Now I have lost 6000 reward points in the app and have no food to eat. My 40 dollars that I spent is pending on my card so I need to ensure that money will be put back in my account. I have been to this McDonald's many times knowing to expect poor service and long wait times. It doesn't matter how I order it's always the same result. At the very least someone behind the counter could say hi so you know someone at least knows you are waiting there. I have a lot of patience because I have worked at a McDonald's before, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
I rarely have a good experience coming here. Order usually isn’t right. Tonight the person taking our order sounded extremely high. Repeated that they’d take our order which confused us and asked if we ordered sundaes?? We were literally lost. After taking our order they asked us again what we’d like to order…. We just proceeded to pull up. We saw two cars leave ahead of us in line. When we pulled up to pay no one was there and we were already sketched out by the staff. As we were pulled away I know the car at the second window had been waiting. As I looked into the window I saw a women with her back turned waving her hand around as I’d arguing with someone in the store. Absolutely unacceptable to have employees on the clock under the influence…
Visited this McDonald’s to purchase a snack size McFlurry , got to the window and the young lady told me that they no longer sold the snack size McFlurry and it was taken off the menu. This is understandable so then I ask for a regular size McFlurry and she proceeds to tell me that she would be charging me for the regular size but they were out of the regular size cups so she could give me 2 snack size cups , I was completely confused and stated that I didn’t want my McFlurry split and that I could take 1 of the cups since that’s what I went for originally but could it be discounted for the inconvenience. The manager and young lady both told me that this could not happen and that they apologize but they forgot to order the regular size cups. I think this was complete lack of customer service and common sense because how is it my fault as a customer that you forgot to order regular size cups but still charge for them. Unbelievable!!!
I guess exactly what you expect from a McDs. Quick, cheap, high calorie per dollar meals. No complaints.
