The older Hispanic woman who worked the morning of 5/11/22 is the rudest person I have encountered at any McDonald’s ever. She treated those of us waiting in line so badly that several customers walked out. If I wasn’t there to purchase a gift card I would have walked out as well. I was appalled at her blatant disrespect for those PATIENTLY waiting for service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, thank you very much.
The problem with many fast food restaurants is that they ask you to pull forward. The benefit is that the food comes out nice and hot.
Drive thru to the pickup food window and was told fries were not done to pull ahead and park. I sat in my car waiting for my order as car after car zoomed in picked up their order drove off. After 15 cars your gonna tell me not one person had fry order? Please, they forgot me. After 12-15mins no one came out and i had to go inside get someone's attention and ask for my order.They knew my order and took another 2 mins or so to hand it over no sorry, no free soda or extra fries, notta. Ordered online but employees wouldn't give the order over when I arrived because I didn't have the phone I ordered with. I was told I would have to put in the online order while I'm at the store for them to give me the food??? Which makes 0 sense. Even though I had the order code with me from the online order - Just not the phone.Employee got frustrated and told me to just cancel the order and re-order in house which caused me to lose my online "deals" I applied. Always horrible service here around lunch time.
Horrible service from the short lady at the window this morning. When you decide to open the first window for payment then make your guest aware and don’t charge for a large drink unless you ask if we would like that.
Yo I get it it sucks to work at McDonald's, and you don't have to be polite or anything I don't really care, but y'all are just straight up rude here. And this is when I really try hard to be a nice, respectful customer. Really if y'all hate working there you just need to quit there are other jobs out there. McDonald's really needs to pay more, but going out of your way to be rude to your customers isn't going to change how much you make an hour.
Went through the drive thru food was correct it's just when I said thank you and I smiled they just shut the door otherwise I'd give 5 stars
I order delivery pretty much once or twice a week when I’m opening at work. Every. Single. Time. Something is wrong with my order. Usually it’s nothing too terrible like forgetting the straw, or a fork when I order gravy biscuits. Then I’ve constantly had orders missing my hash browns, and today I ordered a gravy biscuit combo with the hashbrown and a large orange juice. What I received was a gravy biscuit, and a Hi-C orange. No fork, so I can’t eat my food as today it’s just me so I can’t leave my store to go somewhere and grab a fork, no straw, and I got charged the up charge for an orange juice and received Hi-C instead.
It's McDonalds. You get what you get. Some locations have had very upbeat and friendly staff, and those I am always grateful for because they are truly going above and beyond considering how they are paid. This store was quite average but I didn't have a bad experience getting my order. Typically has a long drive thru like the neighbouring Chick-fil-A.
I did an online order and selected inside pickup. It got accepted for inside pick up. When I went, found both doors locked and the time was around 7.33 pm. An employee was sitting and seeing me but he didn't respond. I found another employee came out and she was smoking, upon enquiring from her found the doors will be locked at 7 pm. The employee with whom I spoke was standing near the door and smoking, after I talked and turned to walk she spitted near the door. Which I found disrespectful. My question is if the doors will be locked by 7 pm, then why it gives me the option of inside pick?
