I ordered a Shamrock milkshake and I called because it was literally black and they said they didn’t sell one in the background I can hear another woman or man saying what to tell the lady she said tell her that we don’t have one I literally just ordered one she was very nasty and when we went in there the lady almost dropped the milkshake !!!

Staff is friendly and drive through is quick, but I have never gotten hot fries here.

This McDonald’s location is absolutely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would! The worst problem here is the staff- they are so extremely rude and blunt. They treat you with such disrespect when talking to you. Orders are never correct and the food is never fresh!! Not to mention, the ice cream machine is NEVER working. Why can’t they get it fixed?? Save your money and go to any of the other food establishments in the area.

I normally do not have a problem with this location but today I was not only irked but also angered by their performance. Ordered two drinks and was asked if I wanted something else and said yes but the guy taking my order closed it and said first window. When we arrived at the window the guy just looked AND THEN gave me a LOOK like "Well?". I told him yes and then he told me my total, gave him my card and when he returned it, said "Here". Pulled up to the second window and was given my drinks without any word and not even a thank you. To top it all off, as the picture shows I ordered a caramel frappe with light whip, got a frappe with little to no caramel (tastes like a frozen coffee, not a caramel frappe). I am honestly beyond disappointed with the service today.

This McDonald’s is awful. You will wait 15+ minutes at night in the drive thru every single time. The workers are extremely rude and full of attitude. Do better McDonald’s hiring team….. how hard can it be?

Terrible in customer service. Attitude like they’re annoyed to be working. Drive thru workers on the phone while taking money at the window. She took my money at the first window already. Came to the second window and he had my order wrong then was going to charge me again and instead of apologizing for their mistakes and lack of communication he hands me my food and says I don’t know what she charged you for. Wow!

Never know if you’re going to get the right order let alone your food be hot.Great guy took our payment but was met with rudeness to get my food never once acknowledged me. Just threw my drink and food and closed the door. This location is always trash

The person at the first window always does a good job. The second window, they always forget part of my order, or they give me cold, unsalted fries. Then, they make you wait 10-15 for fresh fries. When they bring it to your car, they're damn near cold

Bird was so kind. Let us in before store opened because we were desperate for coffee and the bathroom. 3 Canadian girls are extremely grateful

I am so sick of getting cold fries.I started order the basket of fries because it seemed to me that they were always hot. NOT this time. An entire basket of cold fries, at lunchtime no less.I think it's time to move on to more adult options ?
