Ordered on the app 2 hours before the time I chose for delivery, pizza is 25 mins late and counting. Called the store and "yeah it should be on the way " are the exact words of the employee. Will just order elsewhere in the future. Two pizza's $50+ medium and large.Pizza was not warm and the order was incomplete.
I love Marcos Pizza but this location has something wrong with it. In January I ordered takeout pizza and there was hair in the pizza. I took the pizza back and SAW them remake the pizza so I thought it was good. I went home and there was hair in the pizza. As I inspected the hair I could tell it was not from the lady that made my pizza because again I saw who made my pizza. I am convinced that the hair HAD to be in the toppings (maybe the cheese because it looked baked into the pizza).The lady that was there was very apologetic.Disclaimer: only doing a review now because I was looking for another Marco‘s Pizza to go to
Soooo delicious!!!!! I just HAD to try it after hearing so.much about it AND seeing it on Undercover Boss. And it IS FANTASTIC!
We had a great first experience. It was late, we wanted pizza, and they were open. Employees were helpful, pizza was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be back.
Horrible experience tonight! Simply HORRIBLE! I've never felt so much disrespect as a paying customer in my life. My kids love Marcos but we will never spend money there ever again. "Ever, Ever, Ever Ever Ever again" ! Lol! The manager also provided a fake number to the District Manager. Class act!!
I called the store in advance to ask if they have gift certificates the gentleman told me yes. After a 15 minute trip to the store the same gentleman tells me we don't sell gift certificates in this store what a waste of a trip.
I have had consistently good experiences at this Marcos. The pizza, calzones, and sides have been satisfactory and service has been quick and friendly.
12/15 12PM The white kid with long hair needs some customer service training or to just be fired . Extremely rudeI can understand you are under staffed but doesn't mean you can't communicate with your customers
My husband and children love this pizza. It's just OK for me.
Love love love!! Always fresh, always tasty and best part is... they are super friendly and have the pizza ready on time! Super important because we usually order 6 plus pizzas and I don't ever have to wait longer then it says
