Worst pizza I have ever had! The delivery driver was great but I wish I had looked at the pizzas before he left.They were so overdone that you literally had to pull and tear it off.Will not order again!

Walked in just to grab a my medium pizza that was placed for delivery and the manager named Michael said he had to throw it away. When I asked for a refund and a new pizza he said no.

Burnt and dry smh waited 35 mins forThis smh pathetic will not return

Great experience ordered a large pepperoni pizza and it came out great best pizza I’ve had for awhile. Staff were nice also Will definitely be ordering again.

11/10/2021Absolutely the WORST service, horrible delivery and awful pizza.The order was delivered incorrectly and missing half the items plus the pizza was burnt.Recommend you go elsewhere for pizza!!

Ordered two large extra cheese and two cinnamon squares. One dropped and they offered to fix it and I declined and just got the refund for the item. That's not the issue and rep was nice. The issue is that when I come home there is no extra cheese and all I see is the red sauce through the cheese. The person (male) who took my order over the phone was not knowledgeable of the order. Even when I arrived I asked him if he got the extra cheese he looked at the receipt and said yes but a clear as day even on the receipt extra cheese is not coded. This by far was my worst experience with Marcos and I get pizza weekly (so I know what extra cheese is) and now I have to find another pizza spot for my daughters weekly treat

DOORDASH DRIVERS BEWARE: If I could give this location zero starts I would. Doordash drivers beware, I waited AN HOUR for ONE calzone. When I first arrived at the store approximately at 6:50 I was told the wait was 15 minutes and that the food is in the oven. 30 minutes later I am told that it is still in the oven by a different guy. 45 minutes pass by and still no pizza, when in reality, it takes all of maybe 15 minutes to cook a pizza. Then come to find out, the order was never on the screen, so YET AGAIN I had to wait another 15 minutes. And all the guy who gave me the food kept saying was “I can’t control what goes on in the kitchen” which is 100% true and it wasn’t his fault. This location needs better management and a better system in place for online orders because this isn't the first time I’ve come here and they have been in absolute shambles.

Tyler at Marco's in Huntersville was awesome! He really appreciated me as the customer and helped my daughter and I with our pizza needs. Because of his kindness, we will be returning to this location for all of our pizza experiences. Thanks Tyler!!!

I ordered a salad & pizza on Saturday, I opted for curbside pickup since I had my toddler with me & it was raining. I sat outside waiting for 10 minutes after the time my food was to be ready. I checked the tracker & it said that my order was picked up. I thought it had been given to someone else by mistake. So I call in & tell him I’m outside & I ask about my order. He tells me he’s looking right at it…my response was “ok…so is someone going to bring it outside?” He huffs, says ok & brings it out with an attitude. Now it was raining, but this is YOUR job & I asked for curbside. My toddler was in the car sleeping, otherwise I would’ve gone in when it said my order was picked up. On top of his nasty demeanor, my food was subpar. I can’t say that I’ll return to this particular Marcos anytime soon. Marcos is my favorite chain in Charlotte, I’ll just stick to the one I’m familiar with(Harrisburg).

A friend of ours brought over pizza for our family from Marcos after i gave birth and i have to say it was above average. It tasted fresh and we were so happy to find a new pizza place we could really enjoy. Recently moved to NC and have been looking ever since. Their wings were just as good too. Must try this place
