I ordered lunch including a salad, sub, and soup. When I got home I realized I had two subs instead of a salad. When I called them to tell them they gave me the wrong item I expected them to ask me to come back to get the right item but instead they told me that is what I had ordered (the sub I was given is nothing I would ever order, as I don't ham/salami.) I assured them I did not order that and the conversation concluded with "not sure what you want us to do." Even if the food is good, I will think twice before returning due to the poor customer service.

Great little pizza place. We called ahead so our pizza was just coming out of the oven. The pizza smelled so good we decided to eat there. The dining area was neat and clean and we got to see the staff joke with the regulars and make new customers feel right at home. Would definitely recommend
18" NY Style pizza pie (closest your gonna come to authentic) with all the fresh toppings, and great sauce.A must additional side orders; homemade meatballs and sausage. Delicious! Smothered in plenty of sauce.Use the extra meatball and sausage sauce to make a quick spaghetti side dish for dinner the next day. Super fast delivery! Best Pizza bar none.
I've been trying different pizza places in the area and this is the best. I grew up in upstate ny and loved our local pizza. Moved to a different area of Charlotte and found everything disappointing. Recently moved to Huntersville and tried the local spots (they're actually all better than my previous area) and mamas is great. For reference I get the hand tossed pepperoni

Five stars aren't enough! I had the brushetta pizza and it was the best pizza I've ever eaten, hands down EXCELLENT. The calamari is perfect. It doesn't get much better than this place. Highly recommended by me. Thank you for being the best, you guys! ❤
Got a pizza and garlic knots and both were edible. Been going down hill for the past three years. The garlic knots were dinner rolls with burnt garlic on top. The pizza had enough grease on it to stop anyone's heart
Mama's Pizza Express in Huntersville is my go-to pizza place when I want pizza. I especially love the Grandma Pie: San Marzano tomato sauce, basil, fresh mozzarella cheese, and awesome crust. As long as we're here, go ahead and get me a stromboli with breaded chicken cutlet, mozzarella cheese, and some sauce on the side...delicious! Also, don't sleep on the sandwiches because they are packed with fresh ingredients and lots of love. Lastly, if you're about to have catering for an event, the Chicken Parm, Shrimp Parm, and Lasagna do not disappoint in flavor or portion. Feeling hungry yet? Go order some Mama's Pizza Express!
Don't place an online order for takeout. You don't know how long it is going to take until you hit submit. An online order for a small pizza for takeout was 65 minutes. That should be 20-25 minutes tops, but you don't know how long it will take until you submit and pay for your order. Then, the instructions tell you to contact the store if you wish to change/cancel your order, but they have no clue how to do that for an online order.... allegedly!
