We had a great server and she made the experience pleasant for us. Food was pretty good and freshly prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the mashed potatoes!
First time visiting this establishment. My teammate and I love trying new places that we haven’t been too. I feel like it’s our job as REALTORS®. Clients like to know where to eat and LongHorn definitely a place to eat. My filet came out perfectly done with a warm pink center and it melted in my month like butter. Service was friendly and there was no wait.
Had the best celebratory dinner date with an absolutely amazing waiter to top it off! Unfortunately we lost the receipt and forgot his name ? but the AMAZING service and food should still be mentioned! We'll be back!!!
Went to this location about a week ago and I must say the personalities in this establishment really make this place amazing. My husband and I encountered two kind people on the waitstaff that were a couple themselves and they worked extremely well together!! They kept their customers very satisfied and went above and beyond with engaging with us and really everyone in the bar. It was beautiful to watch them be so kind to one another while being so good at their job, it was effortless for them. She gave the best service at the bar we have had in a while!
My husband, myself and my brother and sister in law came to this side of town to buy a desk from an individual. It was 9:15 pm and they close at 10. We asked them if they were still seating folks and they said of course. So Lewis "the one and only" was our server and he was the best I have had in a long time. He took care of us in a quick manor however never pushy trying to get rid of us! Food was also fantastic considering it was late as well!
Tonight was pretty bizarre at LongHorn. We go here a lot and usually it's pretty good eats for the price. But, walking in to a hostess stand littered with half eaten food, lids with food dripping from them, and several styrofoam drinks and the hostess with EarPods in eating out of container was a bit off-putting. It went all downhill from there. We like the place and will go here again but that hostess stand is something that needs to be addressed.
Above average location due to excellent service. We always get the Outlaw Ribeye or Parm Crusted Chicken. It’s never let us down. Draft beer selection seriously sucks.
Do not eat here if you drink! Drink limit is 3 and drinks are weak. We had 3 drinks over 2 hours with our meal and ordered a night cap only for the waiter to come back 15 minutes later to tell us there was this limit. Steaks were average, not great. Our waiter was excellent however, the reason for 3 stars instead of 2.
Food was good as normal, but with no waiting it took a while before anyone acknowledged us, and a few of the staff seemed not happy to be working. Our waitress was good thank goodness but I think she was carrying for the rest.
Although the establishment was short on staff our experience was a good one. Timely service, delicious entrées, and the servers and staff worked together to keep things moving. With many restaurants and businesses understaffed you guys did well Longhorn Steakhouse Huntersville! Great job!
