Good Food. Would definitely return to eat here!
Placed a carry out order at 12:01pm, was quoted 15 min….finally got my order at 12:55pm ridiculous!
Stopped in to have lunch with friends that live in the area. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. One of our group was very late and though it was lunch time we were never rushed. Arrived at 11:30 and chatted till 2:30. Food was good and portions were just right. I ordered a BBQ plate with Brunswick stew and greens as a side. Pork was perfect and the sauces on the table complimented it. Also, the hush puppies were done just right and were moist and tasty. Definitely going to come back even though it's not on any of the routes I travel in the area. I ordered a brisket plate to take home to the wife and it was just as good reheated in a micro for her dinner. Definitely a hidden gem in the area. As an FYI, they have a very nice bar area separate from the restaurant. Lots of old time pictures from around the area on the walls.
This is a hidden gem in Huntersville. I kept seeing people talk about it on various platforms and decided to give them a try. The food & drinks did not disappoint!! The only thing is that the fish sandwich came plain. I had to request the toppings, other than that-delicious!
We have found our BBQ place! Drove by and stopped on a whim and very happy we did.We had the BBQ plate and BBQ sandwich. Would highly recommend both. And our sides were fantastic...curly chips were outstanding, great Brunswick stew and always choose the mustard slaw.Great service. Friendly and attentive.They may get tired of seeing us!
I used to come here frequently when I lived in West Charlotte in 2017. Food was great back then, but, today my first time back in 5 yrs later, feel like something has changed. It used to remind me of the small town bbq joints up in Lexington where I am from but it reminded me of something where love was not used.The hush puppies will ALWAYS be fantastic. The burger....was unfortunately this time overcooked, i wasn't asked how I'd like it cooked but 15 minutes on the grill wasn't it.Julia, our waitress was great but she forgot to put in our appetizer so that was a fat bummer.All n all. I probably won't be back as I no longer live on this side of town but the memories of good food from this place are just that now. Memories. In the past. Hopefully someone with a love for food will get fired up in the kitchen! I'd be excited to see some old menu items return
This is a great bar/restaurant. I've never visited the restaurant side of the place, but the bar patrons are mostly regulars. All the staff I've met (I've only been here a handful of times) are always friendly and happy. The food is great and the whole place gives off kind of a ''Cheers'' type vibe. Love this place!
The food was amazing and the stuff were so extremely nice to our party of 14. All our food was correct and hot when it arrived. Cannot say enough good things, definitely give it try if your in the area!

From now on Every time my wife I go to visit this area we stopping her for sure.!? Just discovered about them yesterday and recommend EVERYONE try them out if you're in the area.!?
This place is always busy so we decided to give it a try. I cannot say enough about the service, I believe our waitresses name was Tanya and she was amazing! She was quick and efficient, friendly, and when my picky daughter didn’t like the way something was prepared, she had it fixed immediately (even though we didn’t ask). The restaurant was very clean and had a good atmosphere. The food was average, but good enough we’d go again.
