I should have read the reviews first! We got seated right away because we were the only ones there on time. Then we waited for everyone else to show up. The last group didn’t show until the chef was already cooking. They used spaghetti noodles and the food was bland, even the shrimp sauce. The show was pretty boring.The amount of food served was on the small side.The entire staff was very polite. My cocktails were great! For the amount of money you spend there you would hope to get your money worth. Sadly it’s not the case.

The place looked deserted when we first got there. Wasn't sure if it was even open. But started seeing more people come. Looked at some of the reviews and wondered whether it was a good choice or not. But it was. Food was good and service was good. Very accommodating to all our special needs.The decor could use some help though which is why I only gave 3 stars. Can tell it's seen it's better days.

Food is always delicious. The show is spectacular. Price is comparable to other similar restaurants. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the person that was clearing plates took my salad without asking if I was done (I was not). Other than that, a truly wonderful experience.

Went there for my son’s 18th birthday. Food was great service was extremely horrible. I made reservations a week ahead and all of a sudden they didn’t have our reservations. Not to mention it was another party that booked the same time for the same amount of guest but didn’t show so we had to wait a hour. We watched the young girl at the front tell a young black couple that they were not accepting customers due to whatever but they next family of three that walked in they were able to get a table. The waiter only came to our table one time didn’t refill our drinks until I had to get the manager. I can definitely tell this place caters to non blacks. I will NEVER go back here….. Never worst experience !!!!!

First off we had a reservation for 12 the host and manager supposedly couldn’t find it. So they acted as if they couldn’t accommodate us. We then we’re separated which was wrong because we came as a party. As we waited to be seated it took them an hour to find seats. A black couple came in and ask to be seated they turned them around and said no more walk ins. A white family of 5 came in with no reservation and the host says wait right there. I’m not saying it’s a racial issue but the service was horrible. We never received refills or asked if we needed anything but overall. They need more communication skills and skills with working with the public. Then you have the nerve to ask for gratuity but the service sucks. I hate to be the one to bury bad news but Kabuto I’ll take my money somewhere else where I can get great service.

They served spoiled steak to our whole table of 8 people. You could smell it and the staff had to know if was bad but still decided to serve it. Stay away

The cook was good. The broth fior soup was watered down. Says on menu chopped fresh salad. NOT. Steak had gristle in it.. too much sodium... older gentleman there was rude. Couldnt take birthday cake in. Horrible stomach ache on way home. LAST TIME THERE. WONT GO BACK.

we had reservations which were pointless because we still had to wait 30 minutes before being seated. Hostess was extremely rude when we tried to bring a cake in for a birthday instead of just politely asking. When we were seated they asked us to keep a space between our group and the next but had the cooking station in front of two of our faces where we couldn’t see the cooking which is the whole reason you pay so much to go here. Even when we did move down we were still directly beside a whole other group on the opposite side of the table?? Either way we sat we were directly beside a group that wasn’t our own. We asked to move which caused an even longer wait. Our reservation was for 6:30 and we didn’t get to eat until 8. Very slow service for mediocre food (not to mention the serving sizes were for a toddler) The server tried her best to accommodate with free appetizers which we appreciated. Not to mention my wine glass had a crack on the bottom and was very sharp. Thankfully I didn’t cut myself. Definitely won’t be coming back. Kobe is way better. The reviews I’ve read on here are very accurate and will do my research next time. Even the person responding to these are horribly disrespectful. Just accept the negative feedback instead of arguing with the customer and fix what needs to be fixed!

The male (older guy with glasses) manager/hostess was extremely rude. Before we could even get all the way through the door, he says, “You have a reservation?” I responded, “No, I did not realize we needed one.” He says, “You can’t eat here then. Bye.” First of all, there’s a better way to have said that. Also, there should be a sign at the front stating this information; the same way they have “No Mask, No Entry.” I will not be eating here again.
